What the hell are you smoking, if anything it's the opposite. Arcade mode is a fricking nightmare to get through because the game expects you deal with 16 stages in one go.

Not very many. It's pretty much Turtles in Time + the Scott Pilgrim game with a lot of the issues ironed out.
And casuals aren't going to want to learn the ins and outs of the Sengoku games.
NICE. I LOVE the Scott Pilgrim game. I'll get this new TMNT game...not gonna lie, WOULD be nice with more characters (would kill for ANY ninja fox: Ninjara, IDW Alopex or Nick Alopex). I don't know why the people that make these games never want to give you more than 5-6 characters to play as. I wish Sega had endorsed Streets Of Rage Remake.

it has a lot of very amateurish flaws, the main one being that it traces a ton of its animation from other games, which really devalues the whole concept of pixel art to anyone that is a purist.
from the time of the trailer to release they removed some of the most obvious traces, but theres a ton thats clearly done by amateur artists trying to get a paycheck without having to put in as much work, why would you trace billy kane stance on donatello down to the idle animation and cammy walk and kicks for april oneil?

April was white in the first cover she Appeared on, which was before Eastman met his black girl friend. Eastman loved putting his girlfriends in TMNT and Heavy Metal. April’s design has changed a few times, but she was white (Irish American to be exact) when she first appeared in the comics.

Great. Frick Rise. Just a waste of money on one of my favourite IPs. 2012 was goat. 2003 was great. 1987 is hard to watch but that’s where it all started. Give me a classic aesthetic, a good voice cast, and some stories with and without shredder- I’m there and I’ll bring my kids.
Is there any hope for Hot Spot to be DLC? He's only really known in /toy/ circles as being one of the most expensive and sought after of the old Playmates toys, but I really want to see him in more media.

If Nick really wanted the Turtles to make money, they’d make a continuation series to the 87 series for a few seasons, introducing 87 versions of other TMNT characters like Fugitoid and maybe the Utroms. Then end the series with a crossover like Turtles Forever.

I really wish there was some sort of "default" merchandising not based on a show or movie for the IP like with Marvel and DC.

I liked rise but have no idea what your talking about as we've already seen the designs for the next iterations of tmnt, give it about a year and we'll get toycon leaks for some of the designs.
