do you have to pay for this? Are these voices available for sharing somewhere or do you have to generate them all yourself?
You pretty much have to generate the sample used to make the voices yourself. Need at least a minute of clean voice, only the person you want to recreate speaking. Then you just upload it to the site and it does the rest. I'm sure some more famous voices would be easier to find clean samples of though.
It's not a paid service for what we're doing, although I'm sure the site has some paid features at some point.
You only need them to say the following

There's a manga that I kind of enjoy about a dude falling in love with an emotionless robot who isn't designed for any sort of companionship at all, and is actually made out of hard metal and plastic and with no facial movement rather than like, silicone skin and stuff so that people don't look at it as if it were human.
And it makes me think; If a guy were to buy a female robot, it would essentially be because they want someone around the house to do chores and help out, and then to sort of just be present so the dude can get off or not feel alone. They wouldn't need crazy complex routines and programming to understand and intuit emotion and how to interact with humans in the right way and all that shit, because a guy can be fine as long as he can just project his own feelings onto something, they don't generally need that something to return them. I don't need a robot to ask me how my day was and pretend to care so that I believe they actually do.
But women, I think, do need that. They would need a robot who could understand their shit and say the right things and pretend convincingly to be the right "real person" for them. They don't want just a blank slate to project themselves onto, they want someone there who will actively work to make them less lonely, not to just be present.

Get a minute or more of just her talking, with no background noise or other people laughing, etc. Interviews are good for this. Especially theoffcamerashow on YT (they don't have Ayy Lmaolor Joy though). Make it an mp3. Upload that to the site through the speech synthesis section (look for +Add Voice). the site does the rest. Then go back to speech synthesis, type whatever fricked up foot fetish shit you wanna hear. Select her voice. Maybe turn the stability down to 30% or so, clarity up to 80%. And boom.

I think the issue with recreating someone based on what essentially amounts to secret spy data, is that it requires either way too much nuance for a computer to handle, or it requires just removing nuance at all, which is even worse.
Like, let's say you like to say racial slurs in the privacy of your own home. Or that you visit /misc/ and talk about Hitler being right, or something. But you don't do that shit in public, at work, or around other people because obviously you wouldn't. So what does the computer do? Does it use that secret info to inform your personality, so the robot-you is just going around slinging racial epithets all over the place like it's normal, because it doesn't have the nuance programmed into it to understand that is secret information? Or does it somehow know what kind of stuff you say in public and what not to? Who programs that, and how?

The key is you want nothing but the voice in the sample. No cheering, no laughing, no cross talk, no music. Just the voice. Trump should come out well if you get the right clip, and turn the Clarity + Similarity Enhancement up and the Stability to about 40-25%
