It's mostly the neck, I've noticed.
They never make his neck fat, which is a pattern I see in most anime art styles. The art style doesn't really account for if the character has neck fat so they end up drawing a normal one, and it looks uncanny because in real life that's one of the first places that weight gain usually affects.

Trey should just make a whole show about stoner goths and be done with it. He's clearly not in the mental state of writing fun comedy anymore.
The boys are playing superheroes but get kidnapped by NAMBLA or some other circle like that, and are used as sex slaves. They are also given drugs.
First of course Craig tries to mega puncheru them, but the kidnappers have real weapons and they beat him up so bad he almost dies. He gets blind and can't walk. Tweek is in shock and offers to be used so they won't kill Craig. He slowly starts developing Stockholm syndrome because as long as he behaves well he can get Craig a doctor and other comforts.
Kenny tries to provoke them to kill him because he knows he can get out of the situation that way, but then they say they know about his secret and that's why they won't kill them. Instead they just barely keep him alive while torturing him the worst possible ways.
Butters is so shocked his mind starts to think it's just fun play, so everything from his point of view is portrayed in cutesy way.
Kyle and Cartman get along because they try to come up with a plan to get out, but turns out one of the boys tell the kidnappers about their plan. Kyle blames Cartman but it's actually Tweek, because he wants to be on the kidnappers' side so nothing bad will happen to people he cares about. It turns out Craig has been dead for a while but Tweek's mind is refusing to acknowledge that fact.
The only one who gets out is Stan, but years later he can't deal with the PTSD anymore.

Does anyone else think Streaming Wars part 2 is a lot better than its predecessor? The Tolkien, Eric and Butters team up was great and we even got non Tegridy Randy, albeit only for a while, with a bunch of throwbacks to to the classic era. The first one was 50% Tegridy Randy and 50% Cartman whining about living in a hot dog.
