I told you to name one and you've both named none. This is why I specified in the first place, because I knew if I was anymore vague people would be around to skirt over the misconception, but even being direct it turns out you all do the same thing cos... why? Some one-liner by a Cinemaphile poster sounded good?
My bad, I done did a goof on that one (didn't realize Justified was the name of the show in question), either way I haven't seen it so can neither confirm nor deny

As a follow on to this scenes where a rando gets shot and goes down don't count, with action movies especially we can just assume they're immobilized or lose consciousness
I'm looking for instances where a character "immediately" DIES after being shot once in the torso. Confirmed, not some wishy washy reading between the lines shit
It wouldn't take much effort or add much extra violence to make death a few shots as standard, and the result would require less suspension of disbelief

I think the only actual death in a movie that genuinely looks like something very realistic is the one lady who gets shot in the head in Schindlers List and she just kinda drops down like a sack of potatoes and gushes blood like a school water fountain, in a nice little arc. I've never seen another movie do it. I've been watching arabs glock eachother in the skull for years and it pretty well does that every single time so kudos to you Spielberg
No doubt about that, but that scenes on point. Blood is pressurized to a degree and when you make a sudden hole in the skull it spouts forth with style.
more like years of seeking that kind of content out over a great many sites and years. Although the best sites are paid content now, which is clever because for some this stuff triggers a sort of pornographic, voyeur response and ya some will totally pay, I would but I'm worried about that showing up on a card statement. Porn is easier to explain. I know it's not a healthy habit.
The American prisoner that got executed in The Predator was surprisingly realistic.
Never saw it. I'm offended by the idea of Adrian Brody as lead action man.
How many times have you been shot OP?
I got shot 14 times last week and barely felt anything aside from a mild discomfort, guess it was a .45
>If it's not one extreme then the only option is the other extreme
>has never been shot with a .50 Beowulf
ngmi
most people haven't been desensitized to bullets outside of america
Name literally one show or film that does this
Hard mode: just name a show
Are you kidding? Pretty much every show with guns ever made unless someone sufficiently important gets shot

justified
the most recent action thing I watched
but it's in 90+% of movies/series
Deflection

>butt blasted about people not naming a specific show
>someone names a show
>somehow gets even more blasted
I saw it in a russian soap opera, that was dubbed into ukrainian. Some lady got yeeted by 9x18 makarov to the stomach

Here you go Anon, it's very common trope.
And I liked this show
pick any fricking action movie lol
hit your shot OP
I really don't know, anon
Wow anon that picture really proved that, despite people surving gunshots more often than not, that in fact they're always instantly lethal
based moron
Yes, your conclusion is based on moronation, good observation
>n-no u!!!
I still don't get how the hell Marlon Brando survived in Godfather after being shot like dozen times
It can happen, it's not common but it can happen
The hitmen used .38 special instead of .357 magnum
Not everything has to be gratuitous realistic violence. Sometimes character gets shot and dies is sufficient to move the plot forward.

You only pretend this annoys you because you're a midwit who wants people to know you know about anatomy or whatever
Ah the grand commandant of annoyance, deciding what is and isn't by his stamp
Your reddit word salad is unreadable. Making statements overly verbose is a sign of low intelligence.
Sorry you weren't able to understand, I'll go easier next time champ!
Then there is hope for (You)

Schindlers list is israeli propganfew

And you would know this how? By seeing a couple bestgore videos as a 15 year old?
inb4 >t. anatomical surgeon here

You just don't get it. Gunfights are a massive part of their culture.
>person gets shot in the abdomen
>runs
>someone gets hit with a small throwing knife
>dies immediately on contact and falls to the floor
>twists wrist slightly
>bad guy goes flying
Still not a single movie given as an example
