      >when it's got you, it's got you

The worst ones are the ones where it's strong enough to trap you and maybe break a bone, but you can't get out. So you just stay there stuck until your O2 runs out and you suffocate.

If all my worksafety videos I had to endure had been this funny, I'd have remembered them.

The video that proved Germans *can* be funny. Love how it starts out realistic and gets more and more unhinged.

      OH N-

Can't have industrial accidents without industry.

I think I've seen a lot of the real life videos these are obviously based on.

I think there were only two that I did not see the original of, the first and the one where the big beam swings down and hits the guy in the gut.
The lathe one looks comical in animation but it is absolutely brutal in the real video because it included a timelapse. Nobody came and got him out immediately, it looked like he was there for at minimum 20-30 minutes. There's a huge blood smear on the floor where his arms and legs kept striking the concrete.

I think the worst safety accident one I have seen is where the sheet of molten metal hits a guy. That must have been unbearable pain

I don't understand the guy jumping. Even if the distance was shorter, why risk it?

the worst thing about working in blue collar environments are the braindead yobs that think taking any kind of safety precaution makes you weak or some shit
it's like they literally cannot fathom that some of the stuff they're doing is dangerous or deadly because "nothin's happened yet"
