When people said that the CGI cameos felt like they were puppeteering dead people who looked like zombies i doubted the claims, but that shit does not look any good.
They make mistakes in simple things, the fabric of Reeve's and Helen Slater's costume is that common fabric, the one in the OP's image looks like it is made of plastic, then you see the director's talent, yes it doesn't exist
if that is actually form the movie and not some troll shitpost then DC has officall reached a new low when it comes to bad effects in big blockbuster movies.
that is like the shittiest effect I have seen in a long time.
On this film time isn't linear Flash continuosly going into the past to try and save Supergirl and Batman starts breaking down reality. So you just see into the Reeves universe for about 5 seconds
So why didn't they just use archived footage then? It would be cheaper, easier, and look better too. I swear to god DC are absolute fucking retards sometimes.
I don't know. They should have because they did with George Reeve. If they had nobody would mind and we could actually talk about the cool thing that happened in this scene. Nicholas Cage Superman with a mullet fighting a giant spider
I saw the George Reeves gif in another thread, even in potato quality you can see he’s completely CGI, the fake muscles and bunchy suit are all smoothed out
I've been watching Smallville and I greatly prefer their approach of bringing back actors from former Superman franchises to play guest starring roles to this bullshit. In Smallville Christopher Reeve appeared as Dr. Virgil Swann and Helen Slater played Superman's birth mother Lara.
The guy leaking the plot in the last thread said that Flash saves a baby by putting it in the microwave and I've been trying to figure out wtf that means
That looks like shitty AI art
Oh my god did they use AI art of Christopher Reeves in this movie???

With the advancement of technology it's only a little while until this shit becomes illegal.
You don't like CAPESLOP 4325 with the same dead actor they bought the soul liscense to use?
No Lynda Carter
NO THANKS
thank god she's been spared
First Donald Glover's cameo in Spiderverse and now DC does something even worse
lol these movies are just like
>hurrr look at all our IP's be sure to buy more stuff from us
So this is how the DC cinematic universe dies
Not with a bang, but with a whimper

Why are they young? was Reeve Superman supposed to have the Kingdom Come Superman look, is this director that bad?

is that lady gaga?
No, that's Christopher Reeve.
how did south park get away with showing him eating baby fetuses
REY SKYWALKER
The guy leaking the plot in the last thread said that Flash saves a baby by putting it in the microwave and I've been trying to figure out wtf that means
He does what Indiana Jones did in Crystal Skull. He just shoves a baby inside a microwave so the baby can survive a big explosion.
Sometimes the actor becomes the character
This time the character became the actor
We got buttholed again
Fuck, I'm sick of DC movies bro
woah...
MEGA!
third world cgi makes me want to goto the theater
