Everything about what happened between the Ihumans and the mutants at that time is confusing as hell. I think at least one telepath was messing with people's minds and reactions to events but what I do know is Cyclops was one of the first victims when the Inhuman mist on poisonous to mutants and everything about his actions in destroying the one Cloud was completely fabricated somehow included Medusa's and black bolts reacts sin to the not real him doing it . Some Super Genius probably would have solved the problem in less than a week if it wasn't for whoever did the telepathic nonsense on the world. I remember one time when I was like 5 I got transported to a place called "Fairyland", I don't really remember much aside from helping magical creatures, and that when I returned my parents grounded me for going outside without their permission, its been 40 years since then.
I asked some of my friends about this and some told me that they also remember "Fairyland", but when I ask young adults and none of them remember "Fairyland".

I would expect younger people to have fresher memories of this "Fairyland", but none seem to have them, I wonder if "Fairyland" stopped inviting Kids for some reason, could it be fears of parents reporting missing children? it could be, during my investigations, I learned of a 5-year old that has been missing for 27 years, could it be that she never returned from "Fairyland"? One of those Outer space alien races attacked Inhuman Island a bit after the mist got destroyed I think most of the population of the island got killed oh at least got significant injuries and without the island they did it have there city state. Have you ever heard of the Weapon X program? It's supposedly a top secret supersoldier/weapons project that was kicked off after we lost Captain America in WWII. I think Spider-Man is a product of Weapon X and that spider powers are one of the few powers they managed to figure out. That's why there are so many spider-people! That also explains the time when everyone in New York got Spider powers, another "accidental" leak from the Weapon X program just to see what would happen.
