Randy was good in the older seasons as a side character. When they decided to make him a main character that's when stuff began to suck. Randy as an outrageous character serves best on the side, and only in certain episodes, not placed as the star of the show.

I feel bad cause I actually really like the newer seasons, but minus the tegridy. I never find myself purposefully rewatching anything from seasons 20, 21, but especially 22, 23, 24, and on. Season 19's first three or so episodes were lame but it makes up for it completely by having the rest of them be really good episodes, funny ones. and season 20 and 21 I treat as one long episode/movie and it's actually pretty fun to watch all the way through like that.
I actually really liked most of season 22, it's a bit less rewatchable cause of the whole connecting plotline and context stuff, but it works fine and the episodes are funny to me. Hell, I'm easy to please, as long as all the fun characters are doing things in take it.
Episode 4, season 22 is when Tegridy was introduced. Everything after that has become unwatchable a second time because I literally skip the dumbass tegridy parts which leaves about 5 minutes of episode content otherwise.
like, I would be fine with them if they just didn't have the randy tegridy subplot. The Mexican joker thing was kinda funny and I think if it didn't have the tegridy stuff, it would probably be automatically like 80% better. I could see myself rewatching it a lot if it was like that. Basic Cable was the only one in s22 I rewatched regularly.
I know we all love to hate the new seasons and I understand and agree for the most part, but it's really sad because im so sure the weed shit is what's holding the show back and making it BAD instead of just mediocre. They're so lucky they have such a "simple fix" so to speak, something that once removed would immediately make the show better and they know it, but they just choose not to.

Ok so I know I'm late but for the minecraft server, if anyone's up for it, I found there's free hosting stuff that allows bedrock and Java crossplay. Most notably minehut.

Or if you're already familiar with hosting servers (I'm not), I remember a small community server I joined once used this method https://apexminecrafthosting.com/geysermc/ with Geyser, and it worked really well until they manually stopped hosting it because of updates or something. It worked smooth as hell too.
Either way I know you probably already have a lot of progress on the server but if you manage to get one with cross-platform to work I will make it up to you with autist-level building and playing dedication.

That's what I've read. The only server I've played on was one where the host had Geyser plug-in set up and hosted through that and stuff, so that's the only one Ive actually experienced myself and can say works. From what I read in the website I linked first, minehut seems to be the most stable. Only downside is that there can only be 10 people maximum in the server at once apparently, but I doubt we're even going to fill that on the regular.
I'm heading to bed in a few hours and have work tomorrow but if I have time I'll try and look up more stuff about it.

hell on earth 2006 was a fun episode, was cool to see satan again, i wish we could've got more episodes of him. i also liked the dog whisperer episode despite it being the start of the downfall of lianes character

99.9999999988% of people on the planet? I'm surprised people don't want Trey's head on a pike. Then again the days of rabid fans who kill pop singer artists are long gone. I don't know why it was always pop singers and never news anchors, comedians, artists, etc.
Oh I also didn't like Wendy bending the knee in The Hobbit episode. I also expected a nice LOTR parody and I got another half-assed social commentary by a baka who doesn't understand that that's a smaller problem that connects to the "everyone is on the internet now, the internet is life" at least Trey got it with the Pewdiepie episode, but he went ahead and made another filler episode with Wendy, like she didn't have enough of those already with The Smurfs/Avatar parody and kicking Cartman's ass that one episode which should had been Kyle's episode.
Why is it that Kyle usually gets under my skin for being so up his own ass with his preachiness and savior complex, but during one of the rare occurences where I'm actually rooting for him, the show has him pussying out? For eg:

Change of pace with bad timing syndrome. When Trey finally feels the need to change it up a bit like have Cartman win over Kyle or Kyle win over Cartman, meanwhile you, the audience, end up rooting for the team that the author wanted to fail cause he's a dumb sado-masochistic fricking redneck, actually I have no idea but it does have to do with some humiliation fetish and masochism like in the latest Sonic IDW comic when you write the characters you're suppose to root for as far too unlikable and their motivations and goals too alien for the audience to want to understand them and you end up rooting for the losing side characters and villains who you're not suppose to root for.
Speaking of this, was anyone here bothered by Bradley Biggle saving the day instead of any of the main boys? it builds up Kenny saving the day and then out of fricking nowhere the side character wins.
I'm not bothered because it achieved the same exact goal and was just a 10 second change at the end.

The point was that even though Kyle would have been in the right, the world is fricked up and doesn't work that way. Kyle can't save Britney because the reality is that celebrity culture and paparazzi is fricked up and ruins people's lives. If they saved Britney at the end it would undermine the message they were trying to convey. Same with the stunning and brave one. PC culture can suck sometimes. And you can't really fight it when it's here to stay. Cartman recognized this and it allowed him to get on top, while Kyle refused and ended up getting tortured for it.

Is it just me or have these threads been unbelievable boring lately? Guess I can't complain since this is one of the few places that are willing to put up with my infatuation with Liane... but honestly, these threads are starting to lose their charm. Fujos, Shippergays, e-girls... it's the same crap every day. I know these have been staples of comfy Park since the beginning but at least back then it was funny in an ironic sort of sense, and there was alot more discussion about the show as well. Now everything is soul-suckingly bland. There's absolutely nothing new or interesting here these days.
No new content to look forward to for a while, and discussions on the show itself have become repetitive as people bring up the same points and arguments over and over.
