He has good taste
Sadly, he is a producer and not an animator, so he did not make any fanart. Sad.
Somebody has probably already made Zootopia Ghibli fanart I bet.
I know the creator of Happy Happy Clover (manga about bunnies) made fanart

Oh... lemme see if I can find some fan art a legit anime artist did.
This is by Yoh Yoshinari. Animator at Gainax and Studio Trigger. Neon Genesis Evangelion and Kill La Kill.
Or at least it was rumored to be... Not sure because Deviantart Official said it was him, there's an ambiguous message on the artist page of Neighborstudios.
I can buy it, since the creator of Little Witch Academia is a brony. May or may not be the same guy.
yep 100% the same guy as the rumored artist here.
Zootopia was a decent movie from what I remember, is Suzuki liking it supposed to be bad?
Outs him as a furry.
And that's a problem to /toon/?
Yes, unless it's /hmofa/.
Still no sequel
it's coming in a few years. Maybe next year. Who knows. It's confirmed as in development.
>Disney! that's an amazing movie with extremely cute animal characters, great art and interesting plot! what is your next step for this masterpiece?
>we are gonna bury it and focus on making movies with the most hideous looking characters you can even imagine and push our current political agenda
A
>Zootopia wasn’t pushing an agenda
I swear you gays have selective memory and just use the “muh political agenda” excuse to justify your actual issue, which is
>old GOOD
>new BAD
This movie had more of an agenda than literally any Disney movie since Saludos Amigos, which was made as part of the good neighbor policy.
Like holy shit, Judy is portrayed as doing something bad for acknowledging that 13 do 50.
>come from literal ethnostate
>enjoy movie about how diversity is our strength
buh?
While I am talking out of my ass, most modern people understand that people from different backgrounds can integrate and assimilate into a host culture. So foxes can learn how to farm and be honorary bunnies.
>most modern people understand that people from different backgrounds can integrate and assimilate into a host culture
Then Japan should be welcoming immigrants.
Name one movie they've made since Zootopia that's as politically motivated.
If anyone saw Strange World, it would be it.
People here also bitch and moan about Pixar... and they think Turning Red and Lightyear had an agenda too.
>Then Japan should be welcoming immigrants.
And they are, Mr Ignorance. They simple do not have an insane open border policy. Immigration is small, and becoming a citizen is hard.
>Then Japan should be welcoming immigrants
They are
Not really...
Net migration might have increased slightly over 15 years ago though.
Yes really, its just like China and Korea where the language barrier is much greater so its not that high of a destination
Frozen 2 was such a bald faced
>we need to tear down the existing system because our founding was so racist
agenda driven movie
>This movie had more of an agenda than literally any Disney movie since Saludos Amigos
At the time of its creation? Perhaps
But they’ve only gone more agenda heavy since then
why would nips like a anti-racism movie when they're arguable the most racist people on earth
Nips in the 21st century don't really "hate" anyone (on average), they are happy to keep living in Nippon and leave the rest of the planet alone.
>the most racist people on earth
Those are garden gnomes.
how? there's almost no hate crime in japan despite there are millions of foreigners including tons of koreans and muslims
It's literally like only two million people out of 120 million people.
And where are you getting the Muslim number from lol
>It's literally like only two million people out of 120 million people.
yeah but there's literally only a few hate crimes in japan in the last decade
>And where are you getting the Muslim number from lol
it's considered there's like 200k and about 100 mosques and it's growing
>growing
Anon its decreased for the past several years
didn't know that but maybe that's just because of covid
Japanese law is different. The 'hate crimes' you see in california are not considered crimes in japan.
cope harder
Zootopia was legit a solid movie and the tech they developed for it was pretty awesome while still maintaining an old styled cartoony charm. It felt like classic Disney. It helped that the director was a Robin Hood fag.
He's basically a businessman who praises almost anything populer while Miyazaki barely praise anything unless someone who he personally likes is involved
is there some relation between non-stop virtue signaling towards japan and inferiority/superiority complex?
What does this even mean
it means your butt hurts
It’s a good movie. I hope the sequel does well in Japan.
what sequel?
The first movie was very successful in Japan. Made 7.6 billion Japanese Yen, and is one of the top 100 movies ever by gross.
The sequel was confirmed by Bob Iger this year.
no matter what happens, the west will keep trying to accuse japs of being pedo racists while killing more poc and raping more kids
that's why i can't help but think china is on the right track
/ourguys/ do not use "POC", above post is hella sus.
Is this the guy who was disgraced for simping and sponsoring some thai lady and her restaurant?
>Remember when Studio Ghibli's Toshio Suzuki went gaga for Zootopia?
Alright, and?
