My best advice (and I know you won't like to hear some of it) is the following. See that you naturally raise your testosterone levels through physical exercise and diet. You can probably gt to a reasonably masculine appearance, given some time. This will help shape your character as well. You will start feeling stronger and more confident. The other very important thing is to stop engaging in trying to date. Take the time you need working on yourself. Ignore the dating market, it's cancer. The thing you should strive for is a stable family. Now to the part you really don't want to hear. Try finding Christ. Accepting God is easier when one better understands gender roles, at least in my experience but you can get there. While people have probably been kissing each others' peepees since the dawn of time, there is actually some room to argue that oral does violate what christians would call natural law, or moral standards that are obvious to anybody, even without divine revelation, if they look at the real world and think carefully. Certain kinds of bad things can happen to you during a blowjob that won't ever happen from vanilla sex-you could get your penis bitten by accident, for example, and oral and anal sex do have a higher rate of STD transmission than veganal sex. Now the uncomfortable part: This person isn't the Church, surely did not act Christ-like and there also is no real alternative to the Catholic Church (maybe, if anything, Eastern Orthodoxy). It took me myself a long time to come back to the it after I left (for different reasons). I know the restlessness and constant anger all to well and the one thing that genuinely helped me find some peace was praying the Rosary. If you never go visit the church, speak to a priest or anything along those lines, please at least try praying the Rosary.
