You don't like Seinfeld? Okay. But you like other *versions* of seinfeld, be it Friends, HIMYM, IASIP TBBT or Larry David.
Outside of its always sunny what shows have copied it and done it better? Friends sucks, How I Met Your Mother is even worse, and Curb is great but not really similar. It still does what it does the best as far as I'm concerned. Season 3 onward is still incredibly sharp. The beginning of the show has aged though I can agree with that.
