>doing a transformer and gi Joe shared universe (along with other Hasbro stuff) >no mention of this on Void Rivals
what a weird way to sell a new series.
Nothing on the cover though and it's kind of a throw away scene. I like the book regardless but I think its strange that they didn't make a bigger deal out of its connection to Hasbro stuff

It was supposed to be a twist
Not that anon, but what was remotely ESL about that post?
To that anon's point
Issue #1 >energon fuel source >jetfire
Issue #2 >skuxxoid >rockeroid
Issue #3 >slizardo >quintession >age of wrath >nebulon >hive
The series has been drenched in TF lore from the start and has been increasing each issue.
I think those six issues of the first series will basically just be some G1 highlights but with modern art. Nobody knows what they will do afterwards though.
I miss Cyclonus already. I love his traditionalism and perma-depressed attitude. Also he has horns which is unrelated but I just happen to like bots with horns.
Both are good imo. And earlier IDW1 was pretty close to IDW2 Cyclonus, though the latter felt more melancholic and broken, while IDW1's one was more of a strength-obsessed loner. Wouldn't be able to choose I think, but I like the vague theme of a loner obsessed with warrior shenanigans and the past he cannot let go for whatever reason. I hope they won't change him too much or make him a generic grunt if he should ever appear again.
FRICK HE WAS RIGHT.
>and all your OCs
He's not putting in Invinicible and Walking Dead characters
Wouldn't put it past him to have Rick Grimes 2000 in there maybe I think that could work over regular Rick
I wonder if his head would explode if he ever read this
Hasbro will own these new ocs after their tenure with Skybound is over
This. If people actually read the credits pages, they'd see that Hasbro owns the Void Rivals.

Jetfire literally shows up in the first issue as the surprise ending

Presumably they want people to pick up a new series.
Tell me you don't know anything about Transformers without telling me you don't know anything about Transformers.

Hope the TF comics will be good. Could be fun, but not getting my hopes up till I read at least one whole issue
i mean worst case scenario you get transformers fights drawn by daniel warren johnson

How hard will the cinematic universe fail?

IDW1 or 2 Cyclonus?
