These were both two big hits in the early internet and even spawned a style of animation called "animutions" that dominated flash sites at the time and in the late 00s even inspired a spinoff animation about anonymous fighting scientology that was really popular here for a while, as embarrassing as it is looking back. Not the guy you're replying to but Neil has not exactly been the sort to try and wave his dick around so far as I can tell. He maintains and has maintained a relatively quiet presence and does not go out of his way to draw attention to himself save for when actually releasing stuff like his music. Even his Patreon type stuff like Guaranteed Video* or his personal joke videos aren't shit he goes pushing, he just puts it out there.

Not only did he create Potter Puppet Pals, but Ariel gets legs, Two trucks having sex, and a whole set of bangers as Lemon Demon.
I think his undisputed masterpiece is "Annoyed Grunt". A song so catchy most people probably don't catch all the samples, because its not just an absurd odyssey through an unholy barrage of sounds, its a statement about humanity in general.
