Stop the guy with the darksaber hunting them!
    Oh wait we did that.
    Get Grogu to a jedi!
    Oh wait we did that.
    Redeem himself as a Mandalorian!
    Wait, did that.
...Go fight those pirates that were ever so briefly introduced two episodes ago and never before?

Maybe we'll find the plot in a wholly unrelated spinoff that'll make moot two whole seasons of story, again.

Next ep is by Filoni so cartoon tie-in shit that is incomprehensible to casual viewers.

They're saving "plot" for the last two episodes.. like with ALL nuwars

And then that development is undone in the next season/show. Like Grogu just coming back and Gideon probably coming back this season.

It was something to appreciate before, the production quality is still enjoyable, but now it honestly seems like it's being written by a dementia patient. Undo character arc randomly in a spinoff show. Randomly cut away from the main plot for a whole episode of some totally unrelated shit. It's not an exaggeration to call this nonsense.

Making Mandalore Great Again. Uniting Mandalorians. Restoring them to their glory. Are you dumb? The whole Mythosaur, Darksaber, Bo-Katan & Din thing?

Can't believe fa/tv/irgins are so fricking braindead.

These are ADHD riddled zoomers with no attention span or appreciation for more serialized content. They want the plot to be spelled out to them in the beginning of the show, like all other shows are done anymore.

Just a quick reminder this show spend more than half of an episode dedicated to a droid he really needed for his mission which is the only one he trusted and needed because it would be spelunking in a cave that he immediately dropped for a wheeled robot meant for flat interiors in the span of two seconds. More than 30 minutes of content forgotten when a shiny thing rolled on stage.

But no yeah it's clearly the audience with the low attention span.

Don’t forget they apparently had Din do a full on Goofy launch in the water apparently just so they could show the dinosaur. He somehow fell fast enough to knock himself out underwater just to force Bo in. The writing used to be stupid fun but this is just bad.

That ig-88 subplot, godDAMN. You know they’re stupid but you don’t expect inexplicably retconning in that a grenade going off in his stomach that killed stormtroopers across from him somehow left most of his upper half intact, while he is standing in lava. And then they just forget it. They do this stupid stuff and then just, ignore it. Drop this whole “I only trust him!” Subplot like it didn’t matter after waiting all that time. Who is that even for? Who’s having fun watching someone take on a pointless side quest he just abandons? The only thing mythical about this show anymore is the Herculean task of trying to believe they can eat breakfast without stabbing themselves.

Leaks said that Grogu will get a mecha made of that droid later. Yes, really. It's lame, the droid had a touching death but of course it had to be undone for memberberries, just like Grogu and Din's separation.

I think she was hired by Gideon or someone else to either wipe his memories so he can't tell anyone about the clone program or to brainwash him to go back to working for them.

      >By why frick his mind?
Because she wanted to see if the machine went up to eleven and really wanted to test it out, but nobody would let her, so she just took her chance.

Oh, I'm sorry, does that sound completely ridiculous? Not make any sense? Why not? You just watched a scene where a person being fingered for conspiracy by a person just arrested for conspiracy was allowed into the room controlling medical equipment, given an unprompted flash exposition dump on how to fry a man's brain just cause she is there, and then everyone present up and leaves for no reason given so she could mess with the completely unlocked and unguarded controls. It literally does not matter what comes next, nothing could be that stupid. Nothing she could do, no reason she could give, would ever be as moronic as that, so why bother making up a theory for it? The writers are so goddamn moronic they wrote this scene without batting an eye, nothing is off limits to them. She could do it because she was curious about the color, it would make as much sense as anything else that just happened. Why bother asking "Why"? Just by asking that you've proven you're too far out of the league of the dumbest screenwriters on streaming/

The New Republic knew she led him into the ship, you brainlet. It's called entrapment.

          >The New Republic knew she led him into the ship, you brainlet
Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize that this also meant she was allowed in the medical control room because, in this own moron dialogue, she's "His friend", I also didn't realize that this would surely lead to a fricking unprompted slam exposition session on how to operate this machine that's not supposed to be deadly but absolutely can if you turn a little goddamn knob that's right there out in the open, and of course her leading him there explains why everyone left in the middle of a fricking brain altering medical procedure including the person manning the controls of the thing altering his brain.

Even if literally every single solitary person in that room is Empire and in on it, it still doesn't make a single shred of sense, that's how poorly written it is.

Even if they’re all in on it, then the guy operating it could’ve turned it up, would’ve actually been a twist there instead of the most telegraphed betrayal in the entire series.

Even if everyone in the room is evil, unless she takes the fall in the next episode then it was still moronically done, because there’s no other way to explain what happened with her being left alone in there.

Even if it’s supposed to show incompetence, it doesn’t change that the level of incompetence is so badly done, they could’ve been screenwriters for this season. Easily distracted, completely nonsensical moves, and we just pretend it didn’t happen.

Did Arian Johnson ghostwrite this episode? This is as bad as Admiral purple hair

        Yes.

Also, Han & Luke can lure two stormtroopers onto the Falcon, knock them out without causing an alarm, strip their uniforms in record time, get dressed, & then pretend that their communication gear doesn't work to avoid having to give themselves away. Then, they are allowed full access to the Deathstar in order to rescue Leia.

It's StarWars it's mythic, not realistic

Bull motherfricking shit is anyone involved in this smart enough to reveal that everyone was in on letting her get to the controls by someone who had figured out the whole plan in a second just so they can have him do something they need.

It wouldn't even make sense if they did try a Vader Plan, it's so moronically done that there's nothing to reveal that would make sense of it. They fricking knew the Falcon would take off, they planned for that, what exactly could they even plan for with this that would require her at all at that point? Episode 4 is fun to rewatch knowing Vader sensed Obi-Wan and immediately hatched a plan to get the rebels by using Leia, this is just stupid written by stupid.

There is literally no reason to watch this show anymore. Forget plot, what is the story? What are the themes we're supposed to be taking away from this? The first season - and, to a lesser degree, the second - was fine because it knew what it was: an episodic, bad-guy-of-the-week space western. That works, and that's fine. It's pure schlock, but it's fun. Now they're trying to have their cake and eat it too. Every episode so far has meandered for its entire runtime. Nothing fun happens, nothing interesting happens, and you just know we aren't even beginning to approach anything like an actual theme that the show is trying to adhere to. Maybe Bo Katan and the cult? But that's insanely tangential to the overarching plot of retaking Mandalore. This, like the majority of Disney+ shows, has fallen into the trap of taking a two-hour film and stretching it out over ten hours.

Why are the armour props so fricking terrible? The chest piece is just a small section of breastplate that leaves massive sections of his waist uncovered. He has pauldrons and thighguards, but literally 50% of him is completely uncovered.

The only sort of reasonable looking bit is the helmet, but again they are so cheap they didn't bother to work in a proper gorget system to actually HOLD the helmet, so it just wobbles around like a cheap prop.
