In the bottom image her eyes look closer together, and her nose slightly chubbier. Also her irises seem darker.
Those things combined give her that different look, which sucks compared to the original.

Predictably, they made her uglier. Look at the face proportions: now her face is rounder, bigger relative to her head (should be the opposite for that neutenous effect) and she has straight up wrinkles.
