The people who were capable of doing that retired after Enterprise was cancelled. Most don't work in the industry much these days.
The best you're ever going to get is Picard Season 3. The final season of the show. And even that was a fluke where control of the show was handed to someone who cared. It's not something that want to do again.

Kirk and Spock are treated like Batman and Superman now and they shouldn't be. TNG, Voyager, DS9 , and the last season of Picard proves Star Trek does not need Kirk and Spock to cary the franchise.
