I'm pretty sure they're advancing through preproduction on schedule. The only thing that will stop this one getting made is if disney sells star wars to a competitor or goes bankrupt before filming starts.
(Obviously the sequels will be canned after the first one bombs at the box office)
None of that is interesting. If they most make news Star Wars again I would prefer they start fresh with new characters and not involve the Jedi or Empire or if they do, very minimally.
