Never got why people found IRL Anderson hot. She was literally the worst looking girl on the whole Baywatch team. The only thing she had going for her is that she was always happy and smiling, yet people found her attractive. Her antithesis was Eleniac, who's naturally gorgeous, but wasn't that attractive because her character always had that expression like she was just done sucking a lemon and whined all the time. Together they prove that men only being attracted to looks is complete bullshit.
It's easy to forget how unbelievably attractive she was initially. After that she just kinda rode off of that and her being one of the first stars to openly have had a boob job.
Seriously, look at her in Home Improvements and Season 1 of Baywatch before her features started getting increasingly hard from a combination of the surgery and losing her babyfat.
