    >animation stiff as frick
    >humor is fricking lame
    >Bishop is an old woman for no reason
    >Donnie still sounds like his balls haven't dropped yet
    >splitting up the turtles at the fricking start of their new series
Looks fricking awful. Physically painful to watch, even.

        That's because you're a pedophile

        >a teenager sounds like a teenager

The 3 other teenaged VAs sound fine. That's not an excuse, moron.

Teenagers don't sound like 10 year olds.

Thank you anon. I am so sick of people talking about how these versions "Sound and act like actual teenagers." They don't they sound like preteens at the oldest but most sound like children. I am totally fine with the fact that TMNT is one of the few IPs that can be adapted in different ways but every time I hear that I feel like it is an adult that forgot what their teen years were actually like.

The only TMNT that were Teens were the 2003 show. 2012 was young teen at worse but the rest either looked like children or sounded like 30 year old Boomers trying to sound like teens like in 87.

At least pretend you're not some guerilla marketing homosexual who showed up an hour ago to pump some fake positivity into this turd of a show from a bankrupt studio.

Saw the short opening sequence for this. It was really cool.
I really liked the 3D style of the movie, and this 2D style is great as well. Not sure why Cinemaphile is so critical on on the visuals for this, and Rise

I think it’s because they disliked how it was made for zoomers. But like, wasnt TMNT always made for the younger generation? That’s what I don’t get.
      >they’re refrencing anime! And vidya! That’s cringe!!!
      >*ignoring the previous iteration and their reliance on pop culture and lexicon at the time.*

No, and if you ave to hask that, you are too ignorant to comment on what TMNT is supposed to be. That or you're a shill.

To best understand, you're first going to want to go to the cabinet beneath your sink and drink all the cleaning chemicals so your brain will be clean and fresh and ready to receive new knowledge.

NTA but I will at least have the discussion with you anon because I have nothing better to do tonight.

I wouldn't say it was always for the younger generation, but probably teens is a fair statement.

The problem I think a lot of people have with this version is that this feels like what someone who only watched the original 87 cartoon and decided to remake it based off memory and with modern kids in mind. When you compare that to the two most talked about on here, 03 and 2012, those may have target young but came off more faithful to the spirit of the comics and fans.

Looks decent, but not a fan of how they’re handling Bishop.
