Nah, but I'd give anything to be him. >Fit loving wife that doesn't want me to work >Giant compared to other characters >Free to work around/on house all day >Generally good relationship with kids >Ridiculously strong when motivated(ripped a locked door off a car like it was nothing in The Remote) >Massive potential for being fit
Hell no. 90% of fictional females would chuck him off a cliff he's so useless But apparently overly motivated Nicole needs an anchor holding her back or she completely destroys herself and most of the civilization.
Nicole was the one who fixated on him. He was never a functioning person and Nicole still fricked him, for all we know he's incapable of consenting to sex and Nicole molested him.
And that doesn't go against anything I said, does it? Nicole looks through those possible futures and sees misery or being a busybody who causes misery, and decides "Eh, whatever."
And most women would watch a couple days of Richard's married life, yell "Frick NO", and run the other way.
I'm just saying it isnt some altruistic motivation for Nicole to put up with having a potato for a husband, she was instrumental in ruining him as much as his mom did, and her going ahead with a relationship with him wase thically questionable at best.
True, though I question if Richard would have even been able to take care of himself later on in life. They seem to have a sick symbiotic relationship.
To be fair he is literally incapable of doing anything himself, like getting a job etc because it would destroy reality, so really I'd say Nicole and Richard's relationship is somewhat perfect.
Richard helps keep Nicole anchored down as a normal, yet terrifying and strong, housewife breadwinner and prevents her from ruining the world, and Nicole supports Richad in such a way that makes it so he has no real need to exert too much energy and become an insufferable danger to society or y'know, the catalyst for universal destruction.
Gumball and Darwin also exude a similar kind of relationship.
Nicole isn't a Mary Sue, though. She has faults, plenty of them.
0 to 1:00
She goes overboard trying to achieve something and becomes a literal tyrant who destroys most of society before being overthrown. Her tunnel vision and anger issues are just a couple examples.
Nicole isn't a mary sue, the exact opposite if anything. So many episodes are about her having so many flaws that she makes even Richard himself look preferable at times. She'd destroy the world due to her perfectionism and unhinged anger problems if it weren't for the fact that her family limits the worst of her behavior.
Honestly, there was a lot of "you fools, you've messed with the natural order" in it. But it did show how Nicole's upbringing made her ruthless and hyper-competitive and how Richard softened her up (which is something she very much liked).
No.
No but I'd still marry him
He was cute at times, I just wish they'd toned down the manbabyness
Nah, but I'd give anything to be him.

Yes.
>It's another useless frickup husband carried by a perfect mary sue wife
So bored of this shitty trope

He is cute
He is not allowed to be a good husband because the universe will fall apart if he does sonething good.
*something
>Unsatisfied
They had three (four) kids together, so I assume Richard is doing something right in that department.
Somewhat
Nicole did have a wonder what her life would be like if she married someone else and each scenario she was miserable.
She wasn't miserable in the one she took over the world

He was stupid as frick but genuinely loves Nicole and his kids, so yes.
