here is your second part.
Davenport takes me as the kind of person who probably really appreciates everything his daughter does for his company but its not like he's pressuring her to do it. Its almost as if Andrea craves structure and routine which is interesting because you'd think she'd hate being told what to do by virtually anyone.
Considering how large Andrea's dad business seems to be, he could probably easily get anyone to do his commercials but it's a very convenient for him that his incredibly popular daughter loves doing them. Can even be a sort of family activity.
Andrea as a character in this show both confuses and intrigues me from how the writers have portrayed her so far.
1st off, nothing about her backstory or her ongoing plot developments feels in any way new or original. It feels like I have seen this exact same storyline what feels to be thousands of times by now but there is one small difference that makes her stand out compared to characters like Pacifica and Amity.
See with Pacifica and Amity their storylines we're based around their parents being such colossal frick-ups that they purposely go beyond out of their way to go and give their child comedically impossible expectations that they likely know cant be realistically achieved under any circumstances to force conflict into existence when no one asked for it to be there.
With Andrea its slightly different because from what's we've seen so far, (and this could realistically change with time because it wouldnt surprise me) Mr Davenport does value the good PR of his business but there is nothing to suggest that he is the one pressuring Andrea to put all this extra work in. She's the one choosing to do this because what the Charity Episode demonstrated Andrea has all this freewill to do whatever she wants whenever she wants and yet despite this she chooses to fill all that extra time in to impress her dad.

The poor thing is obviously an attention hog. That's what the showrunners implied they would do, Andrea was actually originally Tammy but they made her a seperate character and changed her characterization and personality to be more sympathetic to give more "depth".
She already has some depth to her actions. While I still think it's possible they could go farther, I think what they have now is fine. Just enough to work in a emotional scene every now and then but not too much to feel like she's a sad sack.

You also need to factor in how Andrea probably doesnt even care about the trophy since there is nothing to suggest she has a competitive spirit or perfectionist complex about herself she just wants easy PR to get more consumers coming into Davenports
They really need to play around with this. Like her father telling her "I dont care if you come in 1st place or 8th place. People just wanna see you do cute dances and encouraging them to buy our overpriced products. I dont have a problem of you having hobbies outside of work."
It be like a subversion of Pacifica's storyline where unlike her family, Andrea's family is very supportive of their daughters hobbies so long as its not a massive waste of money or makes the company look bad.
That could work well. Like if they ever do a soap box car race or some other kind of competition, they could have the race starts only for Andrea not to bother moving and instead hang back taking selfies and waving to the cameras instead and only starting the race when she feels like. May even make for a fun joke if there are two sets of applause. The usual one when the actual winner crosses the line and then the massive frenzied one when Andrea does.
If this show is gonna run thru the checklist of every possible cliche you see in every single "episodic" slice of life show I eagerly await the camping episode

As a fan of both shows, I approve.
Yeah, I guess they somehow figure these "bully" characters are too unpleasant to get any fan base, and by the time they get audience feedback, the creators have already moved on to the next season or two and don't really have any new stories planned for them. I remember Matt saying he was dumbfounded (but in a good way) at how popular Maggie became, but at least he was able to work her back in for a cameo near the end.
I'd honestly wouldn't mind seeing Tammy back in a future episode (maybe wanting to get some misguided revenge on Molly or something), but I'm not holding my breath. There was also that weird storyboarder or somebody that was all "She'll NEVER be back if I have anything to say about it!!!"
If they're serious in wanting to keep Andrea as a recurring minor antagonist for Molly to deal with since Scratch has his own set of problems with the Ghost Council it makes sense not to have 2 different bully characters especially considering one is the Spoiled Rich Girl trope.
They really need to make Andrea a proper rival tho. Someone who doesnt necessarily despise Molly in any way but takes great joy in reminding her about her parents constant financial outreach over the town.
It be a great character comparison how Andrea's family is "happy" is a sense how they're richer then everyone and have everything they could ever hope to dream of but get confused and sometimes upset how Molly's family is poor but they're getting by and still more or less content with life.

I can kind of see where you are going but I kind of like Andrea as she is now. Outside of the first episode she's been more of a oblivious to how antagonistic she has been to Molly and I kind of find that amusing and a fun spin on the situation. Making her properly and actively antagonistic against Molly feels like a bit much right now. But maybe they can work it in.

No because she considered her character to be completely redundant. If you factor in Amity's entire plotline from beginning to end. Season 1A Amity is essentially Season 1 Pacifica from beginning to end. Season 1B Amity is Season 2A Pacifica Pre-Northwest Mystery Manor (So the Golf Episode)
Boscha in both seasons is Season 1 Pacifica with no growth or development. It really is a Maggie situation where they needed a temporary foil that Dana/Matt wrote in for one scene and she got too popular and people wanted to see more of her even tho there is no room.
A common problem with modern shows is where the popularity of certain characters dictates the progression of the show.
I did not know Dana hated Boscha that much. I had thought she was just the funny bully character. The Maggie thing is a good thing to keep in mind though.

The only plot I know is the curse (Molly) and the ghost council. Soo I assume S1 ending is that the council want to banish scratch, but the curse prevents that. Meaning Scratch last days of being aliv- I mean a ghost happens when Molly moves out. Would be fun and fricked up if Molly at the end of the serie turns into a ghost herself and decide to keep living in the house

Oh absolutely. It doesn't even have any redeeming elements like the Monumental Disaster did. It was also probably the episode where I took the least amount of screenshots, which probably says a lot now that I think about it. At least it means the following episode has an easy act to follow. I can't imagine it being worse.

10 years ago Execs probably pushed to make Daryl the main character, and make molly a side character, if they'd have pitched it back then (which they might have).
They did say they've been trying to get this show going for almost fifteen years now. Odds are you are probably right. Thinking of that, it is probably a massive blessing the show took this long to come out. I don't imagine it doing well with Daryl as its lead.
Shantae got hit with the same thing by publishers. "Make a male protagonist." "You can keep Shantae but you need a Male option and the cursor for character select has to start on him." Capcom basically was a godsend because they decided to back the game and not ask for any changes. The modern woke shit is good for creators getting projects off the ground, but these are the same scumbags who 10 years ago were the problem that kept these problems from existing.
