Because of Mr. Freeze delusions and making all the choices in the relationship Nora got robbed of her best years. Now that she is cured and specially free of Mr. Freeze she is allowed to unleash her inner party girl and enjoy herself. Her real self is a prostitute and she's happy.

Again, if Mr. Freeze's sacrifice itself was played as over the top and irrational, it would set this up better, but you can't swan dive directly from poignancy into jokes about being doing coke and fricking monster men and expect me to no longer care about Mr. Freeze
