They won't make strange the center of the mcu because he's already been in the mcu for 6 years and the longer you keep them around the more expensive they get so that's why they will likely net rid of him after secret wars and he won't show up before then

        >Iron Man: origin movie, mediocre kind-of-adaption of demon in a bottle. shitty bastardization of Iron Man's arch enemy The Mandarin.

also both of them never got to fight most of their villains
        [...]
the mcu still has a bunch of good source material they haven't even touched.

There is a ton of unused material, but very little of it is actually viable to use in the MCU. Just because a comic story exists doesn't mean it will work for live action adaptation, basically everything written from the early 80s prior is unusable as it is too goofy, along with everything written from ~2010 onward as it is just complete garbage that nobody would pay to see. You also have to account for their tendency to speed run through things that should have been multi-movie affairs, like Planet Hulk and the civil war storyline.

Try to come up with a new superhero, Marvel Comics probably already invented it. They’ve been doing this bullshit for almost a century.

Yeah but they eventually have to return to the original gang. Just look at how many times they've had to bring back Hulk, Hawkeye, Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, and Vision.
Just like with X-Men they have to keep bringing back Wolverine and Cyclops no matter how many new characters they make.

There's plenty of great stuff from the 80s they haven't even touched in terms of characters and story ideas
But for some reason they're instead choosing to focus on modern comics for inspiration instead, which is why we're getting a show about Ironheart of all characters

              He's given his okay.

              I think you misconstrued that.

He never said that Main Wanda was replaced by another Wanda, which would make it three Wandas instead of two.

Wanda never was from the MCU. She's a mutant from another universe who they amped her powers up with the mind stone. Magneto is her dad.

She was pulled over somehow, then after endgame another Wanda took her over at times and broke her mind then locked her away. Professor X picked up on it and the evil Wanda tore his head in half. She saw a good Wanda and realized she was "possessed and an heroed.

Incursions is where all the multiverses collapse into one and it creates a new universe. So everything gets "rebooted". Fantastic 4, x men, maybe the spider verse, and the mcu goes into one. Then you get a new cap, iron man, black widow. Thor can stay the same.
In doomsday clock then talk about the coming marvel/DC cross over event in movies building up, then in infinite frontier all the DC Characters become aware of every universe including marvel. There are hints at "stage 5" all through out it. They collapsed the watchmen universe into DC (kind of).
The comics executives have talked about avoiding the late 90s collapse after the death of superman, knight falls, emerald twilight, clone saga in Spiderman.
Sales tanked after they pushed publicity those stunts too far. Rather than do "doomsday scenarios or "new 52" nonsense they decided to just create new stories and characters and challenged the writers to stop rehashing everything. The three jokers nonsense and the will they or won't they crap with catwoman/batman dragged on, they called it quits and fired the writers in a nice way
So now Damian Wayne is being groomed to be the new batman and John is going to be superman soon.

Well they should have went with Bucky taking up the shield, this Black is an unlikable charisma vacuum. Spidey will eventually fill the Iron Man role as the leader that galvanizes a new Avengers team. That can certainly work, but they didn't succeed in making the potential new members interesting or likeable so far. They should also be getting a new final boss villain. I'm thinking Doctor Doom would be perfect.

      Anonymous

Doom isn't believable as a final boss villain no matter how much me saying that hurts Cinemaphilegays' feelings. Nobody that is a 'team' villain is a credible threat to the Avengers after Thanos, the only one I can think of that people would actually still buy at this point is maybe Galactus.

People know Doom as 'the guy that gets routinely foiled by the fantastic four', normies are not going to buy him as the next big cross-movie big bad successor to Thanos no matter how much Cinemaphile wanks him off. There is no 'doing him right', he is not credible in this context. Just because you like a character, shit, I really like Magneto but I'd never pitch him as the big bad in a post-Thanos MCU. Get some perspective.

          >giant guy that eats planets
yeah great villain I'm sure thatll transfer to film perfectly. doom is an infinitely better villain.

You are a fricking brainlet. Obviously you treat the character of Galactus like a maguffin timebomb that the Avengers have to stop from even arriving at the planet or it's an autolose, not fight directly, with the people they fight being his heralds, Silver Surfer, Drax etc. Doom fricking sucks by the way regardless of everything else we're talking about. Garish and stupid character even by comic book standards, it's even worse when he's played straight.

They can't. People don't realize it, but Iron Man and Cap were essentially the biggest pillars of the MCU. They were the glue that held the whole thing together and without them, most of the characters have very little reason to teamup or interact the way the Avengers did with those two leading the team. The only one left with any sort of presence is Thor and he's basically better off just going on more adventures on his own or with the Guardians of the Galaxy.

No, now they'll finally be able to make an Avengers that EVERYONE can enjoy instead of only a small portion of the population

They're going to make all of the money

This approach has been a proven failure

It doesn't matter that it's a proven failure. They know that and keep doing it. It's not about the money anymore...

They already have specific replacements planned for Iron Man and Captain America: Falcon and Ironheart.

don cheadle and falcon are the same. what do you mean.

warmachine guy isn't a mechanic. he was a war general. falcon is a war vet. what's so different?

Strange and Captain Marvel ain't it! Wanna thank Black Panther for dying to spare us from him being the top guy.

I agree, they need that magic combo. I'd guess Wolverine and Doctor Doom.

its already confirmed that they shitted the bed and falcon is going to keep being captain america until his contract ends and Iron man is being replaced by ironheart.
both shitty characters, and this comes from someone who liked falcon, they ruined 2 characters turning him into cap.

After the current slate of replacements fails (all the various diverse C and D-list mantle takers), they'll smash open the "Break Glass in Case of Waning Popularity" box containing the X-Men. They get one chance to cast a properly charismatic leader in at least one of the big trio (Wolverine, Cyclops, Jean Grey) and if they strike out on all three it's a slow slide until the next reboot comes around.

How about a black girl and a black man that already does something else?

Pretty sure they’re moving away from Avengers stuff. Dr. Strange and Spider-Man will carry solo films. For team up movies they’re probably gonna focus on X-men and Fantastic Four

Osborn, director of S.H.I.E.L.D./H.A.M.M.E.R. and his psychotic Avengers.

They already have a homosexual and I guess they could make Ares or Spiderman black.

Channing Tatum as Captain America. Downey Jr. is the hardest to replace.

Have Sif join the Avengers. But that would mean NOT killing her off in Love and Thunder.

Is Baron Zemo still alive? Have him work with doom and a few other guys as a league of villains and focus on individual films until a big avengers again

    Two leading heroes:
    >Cyclops or Sentry
    >Nova or Namor
Instead of a two man duo it could instead be a team with one hard to deal with renegade like Leonardo and Raphael
With Ronin or Punisher being the renegade

If they could get X-men, cyclops could be cool. Sentry too. He could become a villain.
