This. When she's actually 8 and has cool adventures with Bart where they're partners instead of act each other's throat. When Lisa or Marge are written as shitty mouthpieces for poor writers is when the episode plummets horrifically because the only recourse at that point is hoping the A/B-plot focus on Homer/Bart fricking salvages whatever the women are going to inevitably ruin. But Lisa has just been a shit character for more than decade. She'll shit on Bart and use him as a stepping stone to elevate herself and still come out looking significantly worse and will always end up less popular.
My dislike of Lisa culminated when I realized she's the one character who is rarely is ever truly gorified and eviscerated in the Treehouse of Horror Specials. I'd love to see Lisa get severely injured or hurt to make up for how much of a shit she is. She never gets that treatment. Because she isn't there to entertain or be funny. She's there to lecture and be stiff. Or at least that's how current writers envision her. I don't give a shit though.

In classic Simpsons episode Lisa's Substitute, beloved character Mr. Bergstrom was a pedophile who wanted to frick Lisa, the episode was just coy enough about this that, in a more innocent age, it was able to write the whole thing as some kind of tragic romance without the audience suspecting a thing.
