the first jack reacher flick with cruise is kino. the second is shit
the reacher tv show is mediocre at best
terminal list is kino for 5 episodes, then it's mediocre but sporadically good
Well it's hard to see Hemsworth through the CGI, but I'm talking about Starlord or whatever. Maybe he doesn't, maybe he was lookin' that way on purpose?
Just looked really strange.
Cinemaphile is infested with trannies. There are at least 2 Euphoria/Hunter wiener-Chaffer up at any given time. Just watch it because they recoil from traditional masculinity and religious people like a vampire running away from sunlight or a crucifix.
It's actually mega kino, fellow non-shill gigachad. I love Amazon and Bezos almost as much as you do. >inb4 I'm not a shill
Imagine shilling this show for free.
I enjoyed it, was it a ground breaking story? No. In my humble opinion they should've done more with the gaslighting in the first couple episodes, if he was having to fight his conscience trying to figure out if he was going crazy or if stuff actually happened I think it would've been better. I was also disappointed with the battle scenes however I really like the chase through the woods in which he spares their lives
I have to say I may be rating it higher than it actually was (I'm not interested in watching it again, but I might for reviews sake) however the show was a genuine breath of fresh air when I didn't notice any overt politics or "breaking apart masculinity" he's a man on a mission and he's fully dedicated to it, like I said I wish they had him deal with more gaslighting it would've given it more distinction compared to every other "amazing operators get betrayed 1 survives and takes revenge at all costs". >also the twist at the end was implemented poorly
The problem with casting a big name as the protagonist friend, who is also a "I can get you anything and know everything" guy is that we expect him to be the bad guy or betray the main character. Just seems basic law and order type shit.
Yeah add that to the fact that after John Carter Taylor Kitsch will never be the “good guy” in anything ever again. He’s strictly b grade bad guy from here on out. Just like Matthew Fox
Can someone please direct me to the page where I can apply to be a paid Amazon shill? I'm getting sick of my job and it clearly takes zero effort so I think I'd be a great fit. Thanks in advance.
It's fricking shit, Pratt is cringe, its boring as frick, the story is a mess, the ending is moronic, acting is shit and the tactical scenes are unrealistic, innacurate and underwhelming despite there being 20 ex special operations guys involved with the show. I nearly stopped watching when he blew up the mountain.
He didn’t blow up a mountain you fricking moron. He caused a landslide with some breaching charges. Oh also, what is. your favorite piece of media from the past year, and why is it the troony show on HBO?
not him but hbo surprised me this year with 2 shows in my top 4: we own this city, tokyo vice. i say surprised because i haven't liked anything they've put out since chernobyl
the others are terminal list and black bird, which hasn't finished airing yet so hopefully it doesn't turn to shit
>ends a bit abruptly
That’s a charitable way of saying they only told 40% of a story with absolutely no resolutions of any of the story lines. I liked the part we got but I’m not coming back until they release the whole thing. I fricking hate cliffhanger tv.

well i'm being charitable because to me the odd episode count and abruptness signals a production issue rather than a storytelling one per se, but i'm just speculating
i prefer miniseries format generally. tokyo vice was the only serialized show i mentioned. there's always an implied asterisk when multiple seasons are involved
They make great use of it though. The things look very effective when they are on screen, and the aftermath of everything looks horrifying. The only time I think the budget really shows is the "spiderweb" scene. They were halloween outlet store bad.
It was good until the season finale. That one pretty much sealed the deal that it's a neverending mystery show.
I like that when it's done right, and in my opinion From has nailed it so far. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in season 2.
I liked it, but Reacher was way more entertaining. It didn't take itself too seriously and it was a very breezy watch. TL was good too, but Reacher season 2 is what I'm more excited for.
You should've learned by now not to trust this board. If something seems interesting to you then you should find out for yourself if it actually is interesting.
Enjoying it so far. Is it ground breaking? No, but it’s an entertaining watch. The man isn’t a b***h, and the show doesn’t humiliate him. The women are strong characters without being “stronk wymyn” and being used to show up the white male characters. I’m honestly surprised Amazon made it.
>operator kino >main characters run through a wall of bullets and don't get hit >that incredible accurate shotgun shot >that "supression fire" guy killing everybody
its basically a watching a single player video game live stream, not that that is a bad thing
>cool brooding hero given a target >hero scouts out target >instead of just shooting target from 200 yds, super cool action sequences where hero gets blown up, shot and crushed in a single episode >repeat
it isn't good or bad. it sets out to be mindless entertainment and it does that
the main thing i've noticed that i can't let go is chris pratt has this weird fricking tone to his voice like everything is kind of a joke. hammy "oorah" kind of shit. i get the same sense when the rock says "brotha" with oddly distinct pronunciation. ironic too since everybody in this fricking show is calling each other brother
>"seriously good" - the guy who wrote jack reacher
lmao
Jack reacher was also good, but not kino like the Terminal List
the first jack reacher flick with cruise is kino. the second is shit
the reacher tv show is mediocre at best
terminal list is kino for 5 episodes, then it's mediocre but sporadically good
>makes 1000th thread calling it kino
>it's still shit
how can this be anons?
It's unironically shit. I fell for the psyop shill threads from here and watched it.
how can you see that shootout in the rain where he guts the guy and still call this shit?
>He thinks Cinemaphile has good taste
Lol, this board thinks that the MCU was the greatest movie series to ever happen.
Strawmanning? Cringe
Does Chris Pratt have cancer? He unironically looks like a skeleton in Love & Thunder.
thats chris hemsworth m8
Well it's hard to see Hemsworth through the CGI, but I'm talking about Starlord or whatever. Maybe he doesn't, maybe he was lookin' that way on purpose?
Just looked really strange.
Was that a hitbox glitch when the window was hit?
They address it later in the show actually. Bullets do weird shit after going through glass.
I think he means the way we see blood splatter on the windshield but he's still upright for him to get shot through the driver window at the end
What am I meant to be seeing here?
Hitbox lag.
Meaning...?
Sometimes the hitbox isn't where the model is because of packet lag.
God I hate you so fricking much right now
He has looked rough for at least a decade. He probably has AIDS.
my mom said it was shit and she usually has shit taste so it must REALLY actually be really shit.
I give it a 4/10.

Most based show I have seen in a longggggggg time. Since The Shield.
Apparently it triggers lefties so that's a good thing
is this shopped? Not the screens, but the audience. They look like clones.
They screens definitely aren't shopped.
They're just scandinavians
It's not Cinemaphile They're just mad shills hired by people that hate that a movie/series doesn't has content from ~~*the message*~~
>endorsement from a writer of terrible books on the cover

Cringe
just torrent the c**t you fricked in the head zoomer

Yeah, I hate right wingers too

Rec me Tokyo Vice. I've been thinking of pulling the trigger on that one. I just finished From on Epix, which I highly recommend.
>Rec me Tokyo Vice
i like the yakuza vidya and it's basically yakuza: the show. ends a bit abruptly though
thanks for the rec i'll check out from
>ends a bit abruptly

Say no more. I got into Yakuza back when 0 released and finally took the plunge with the others. Definitely checking it out now.
I don't know what that means.
The premise of From is so good, but damn do I wish they had a budget greater than 11 cents.
It was good until the season finale. That one pretty much sealed the deal that it's a neverending mystery show.

Ok.
You sound like a troony
its unironically unpretentious action kino

>capeshit for people who wish they were tough
It was decent but episode 4 and 6 were pointless
Another one of those main-character-has-a-monosyllabic-J-and-polysyllabic-R-name shows they have these days. It was super fricking gay
Enjoying it so far. Is it ground breaking? No, but it’s an entertaining watch. The man isn’t a b***h, and the show doesn’t humiliate him. The women are strong characters without being “stronk wymyn” and being used to show up the white male characters. I’m honestly surprised Amazon made it.
skim fat no meat or bones for this series boys, better off watching grass grow.
Whoever told you it was shit was either a reddltor or a dilator. Episode 6 was almost like a standalone movie, great operator kino
>operator kino
>main characters run through a wall of bullets and don't get hit
>that incredible accurate shotgun shot
>that "supression fire" guy killing everybody
Nothing you mention is unlikely, and even if it's rare that is a tv series dumbass

There were too many "brothers." I cringed every time I heard it after like the second time. That's bad writing, not the actor's fault.
I agree. It could have been shortened to 6 episodes and most of the flash-back stuff eliminated. But it was action kino.
