They literally both did and there's absolutely overwhelming amounts of evidence.

Making a Murderer was absurdly biased and not only left out key facts, but altered court testimony and essentially told blatant lies to the audience.

Avery was a coozehound creeping on the girl for sure, but there's still no evidence of any wrongdoing. Not one shred of her DNA anywhere in the supposed sexual assault site or the garage where he allegedly put a bullet in her. The only evidence she was ever at his property is in the burn pit.

        >The only evidence she was ever at his property is in the burn pit.
That would be the burn pit directly outside his home, right? And what evidence was found in that burn pit?

because he cleaned it up, and burned the bloody bedsheets with her body, which is why her bones were in the burn out that's in walking distance to his house.

and they found evidence that they cleaned up the blood in the garage.

Also Brendan confessed and gave details left out from the show which were corroborated with the physical evidence. Several courts held his confession was voluntary.

if you only watched the Netflix series you basically saw propaganda

Avery 100% did it and there’s a mountain of evidence to back that up.
Brendon also definitely helped him cover it up but he honestly comes off too dimwitted to be held responsible for his actions.

I don't know how you wouldn't instantly start questioning the bias from the opening of the first episode where they bend themselves into pretzels trying to downplay that piece of shit torturing a cat to death and trying to rape his aunt. If anything, it just shows how easy it is to manipulate women with a narrative, and thus they should no longer be allowed to vote.

He threw a cat on a bonfire when he was drunk. I know redditors like to equate hurting animals with being a mass murderer but it’s actually not a big deal compared to hurting people,

FBI itself says indicators of a serial killer/murderer is a history of torturing/harming animals.

I feel like you're poisoning the well because I doubt any of us put in any trust into what the FBI says is truth, but in my personal life it seems like this should be a foregone conclusion. Causing harm/death to an animal just for fun is subhuman behavior.

The one guy probably did it. The kid maybe was an accessory but the investigation was so bungled and his civil rights were so obviously violated that the case against him should have been thrown out on principle. Then again if I recall correctly, Avery's case was contingent on Dassey's "confession" so they probably just turned a blind eye and tried to ignore the issue hoping nobody would get so mad that they'd have to actually run a proper audit of the entire investigation and fire/jail half the dept.

    >get falsely accused of rape
    >spend years in prison
    >finally proven innocent, suing the police and will become rich
    >rape and murder random woman

    Why did he do it?

Nobody has a decent answer. I think on the balance of probabilities he did do it, even if the police planted some evidence because they were biased and wanted him convicted

I just don’t understand why he did do it

All I’ve heard is some shit like “he threw a cat on a bonfire when he was 19! He is le psycho!”

Pretty sure that doesn’t explain shit. If he was this volatile he wouldn’t take this long for it to manifest. Especially given he experienced the pain of false accusation and barely got out of prison. To risk this in any way is bizarre let alone murder

      >>get falsely accused of rape
She picked him out of a lineup. He was in that lineup because he was well known in the area for being a degenerate piece of shit.
      >Nobody has a decent answer.
      >I just don’t understand why he did do it
Because you're not open to reality. As evidenced by the downplaying of the torture and killing of a cat as well as the omission of his previous sexual crimes. Just another puddinghead easily manipulated by a netflix "documentary".
