They should have stuck with just 2 movies
Everything after supremacy is try hard fanfiction tier riding on the wave of its predecessor's success.
And still for some reason everyone thinks the 3rd one is just as good.

My grandma who pasted way a year ago loved these movies, I bought her the entire set
Makes me sad to even see them on now
What kind of paste?
Tomato, ass
>Straight white man born with supremacy
Matt Demon's career in a nutshell
doesn't he primarily do villain roles besides bourne though?
How do the remakes compare to the original film?
it's not a remake
and about a zillion times better
the Damon movies are a completely different story from the book and the older film. the just took the premise of a dude waking up with no memory and finding a Swiss deposit box address sewn into his thigh. hard to compare it.
Is this worth a watch? Didn't know it existed.
Does it follow the book?
Ultimatum > Supremacy
explain yourself
The third was okay. It wasn't outright bad like what came after and it wrapped the story up.
it wrapped the story up in a forced and subpar way
I saw the credits and Gilroy wasn't the writer
i don't know why he didn't do 3 after 1 and 2
the story is moronic anyways and barely qualifies as an excuse for the action sequences. some set pieces in Ultimatum were really nice, the scene where he guides the journalist through the train station while fricking up the glowies was one of the best in franchise.
how are super spies trained to circumvent an intricate system of 100's of interactive cameras in one of the most surveilled places on the planet?
>no answer
i'm shocked
see that's the problem with all you reddit gays liking ultimatum as a 3rd installment after 2 excellent intelligence driven spy movies
The intelligence aspect has been completely retconned for cheap and mildly entertaining action scenes.
You're as guilty as the woke-crowd that keeps assuring Marvel is at the top of the box-office. Because you morons are representative of the status quo which has deteriorated so fast you didn't even get the memo.
You now make up for what's to come and it's all brain dead, and you will never even understand.
You're literally a lesser form of humanity.
as opposed to what, a Treadstone asset repelling into a window and starting a fist fight with Bourne instead of sniping him? Bourne finding the last agent in Supremacy using his mind powers, because he just teleports into his house when the plot demands it? Bourne freely travelling around Europe despite being on every wanted list and his glowie passports being compromised? thats just of the top of my head, I remember I noticed dozens of moronic things in the movies back when I watched them.
Bourne movies were never intelligence driven lmao, it's been fun action schlock since Identity.
>Treadstone asset repelling into a window and starting a fist fight with Bourne instead of sniping him
don't know about that one
the director said it was a last minute change and i agree with you
> Bourne finding the last agent in Supremacy using his mind powers
this was explained it the origin script where the agent was involved in Bourne's 1st mission
but i still don't understand how he managed to contact his friends before Bourne even confronted him
anyway, excellent sequence and as worthy of dissension of disbelief as i've ever seen in a movie. It's a lot of fun t watch and relatively very minor plot-holes in comparison to what the 3rd movie tries to sell you
Tangier chase was pretty good too
whoa babe, then it fell apart, like it always does it always does
Legacy was best improving on all the others.
I find the sight of Matt Damon annoying, for some reason. maybe it's residual anger from how shit that Good Will Hunting movie was and how I'll never get the time back I wasted watching it. Just looking at him annoys me.
you need to watch more movies if GWH is what you find annoying
no I don't
you'd rather watch dicaprio?
not him but matt damon works well in this because he looks like a normal guy, not some over attractive superagent
>"I instantly memorized the number plates of every car in the parking lot"
I got up and walked out
why
i'll tell you why you miserable loser
an actual cia agent commented on how realistic his confusion was in that scene. The man particularly liked the diner scene and how true to life it really was
>you should respect glowBlack folk
it's not to do with respect
he just has the empirical knowledge, and you don't
carry on tonguing luminescent rectums anon
The first one is a classic. All the rest are pretty mediocre compared to it.
Train section in 3 great
are you moron? Ultimatum is best action movie ever made
>)
>me with my < 80 IQ thinks so ergo it is as such
I just love the action sequences + how the female agent starts siding with him. I had unironic soiface in like 5 scenes in this movie (call to glowBlack person from his own office, Tangiers chase, Tangiers fight, England chase and ending).
I understand. Personally I loved the airport assassination.
>white man
>born supremacy
how did they get away with it
in fact 2 was shit and 3 was good
i am running out of pics
stop avatar gayging and accept that you got shit taste, both 1 and 3 are better than 2. That doesn't mean 2 is bad, it's still like 8/10 action movie
i can not fathom anyone liking 1, disliiking 2 and then thinking 3 is good. lol
but y'know whatever.
1 is best cinematography wise, it has cute woman, cute little lovestory and zurich escape is kino. 2 is where new director's style starts showing and is still good, but doesn't have that many super memorable and cool scenes. 3 is just extatic climax.
I also never said I dislike 2. It's still very good movie and it has its rightful place in Bourne trilogy.
the craziest thing is in fact they pulled off making a worthy sequel to the 1st installment
The Bourne Identity was as good as any of the others and the only reason it might not be able to be the best is because it wouldn't exist without them.
wat?
It's a good movie.
The Treadstone television series was very good.
I couldn't even survive the first 5 minutes of the 1st movie. Everything is so sloppy and uninteresting. How did this shit ever get so popular? (obviously rhetorical and somewhat tongue-in-cheek because it was really never THAT popular),
your loss
the 1st 5 min are really captivating imo
Because the Professor sniper battle in the French forest was pure fricking kino
shot gun
good action, cool one liners, very good direction of all 3 movies, still remains somewhat grounded unlike other spy shit movies
there are 20 fricking books, lad. and each one makes her clitty slickier.
ahah the 2000s were twenty years ago
Watching 2 and 3 back to back was kind of jarring, they had to retcon the ending of supremacy a bit.
However I'm still glad they exist, they're fun movies I rewatch them from time to time
It's perfect as a trilogy, you tard. They should have just left it alone after that. A Bourne movie without Bourne and a fifth movie 9 years later is something nobody wanted.
lol I forgot about that last one
I never even saw it. I was done by that point. I did watch the Jeremy Renner one and it was okay but completely unremarkable. It almost felt like it was a script for another movie that was re-written so they could slap the Bourne name on it.
