This is obscene. Literally way too overpowered. He just effortlessly killed all those men?

This is obscene. Literally way too overpowered. He just effortlessly killed all those men? He's not a movie monster like Jason that can just kill a dozen people. Force user powers need to be dialed back heavily

During the PT they would easily cut down dozens o battle droids that were probably of similar perhaps slightly lesser combat effectiveness compared to these random rebel mooks.

The Chosen One can do what he wants to mooks. It's apparently deadbeat old Jedi that make him struggle.

Why don’t they just lure Vader into an abandoned planet and just launch a ship traveling at hyper speed through the planet and obliterate the whole thing

He's the boogey man of an entire galaxy, master of the most ancient, powerful art in the universe, the literal messiah and you think him killing a bunch of mall cops is overkill?

A trained fencer could easily kill 3-4 unarmed guys in a corridor.

Wrong. This is consistent with the OT power levels. One of the few examples from Disney Star Wars.

Correct. In empire vader easily deals with Han Solo without even turning on his lightsaber.

Rogue One had amazingly produced Space Battles and pretty good props/costuming brought down by manchild fanservice and an unnecessary story that fricks with the original movie

one reason is for the cute girls, another is that it's pleasant to watch while it keeps your toddler silent for a bit. Your comment however implies that Clone wars is for children. Sure if you subscribe to the moral panic way of thinking that young adults are still children, action cartoons are for kids. If you're a reasonable thinking person, then it's clear that animation has merit as an art form and doesn't need explaining. 8/10 bait, you triggered me.

It was appropriate for Anakin to have these effortless powers. The problem with the prequels and everything since then is that they have everyone these powers. Obiwan and the other Jedi, even Yoda, should have only been able to move things with intense concentration. This is what would have made Anakin/Vader stand out as an anomaly. Instead everyone is flipping around moving millions of rocks easily without breaking a sweat. It makes Anakin just seem pretty average, even in-universe.

      This

it should take someone like Yoda several moments of concentration to throw a 50lb boulder. The force isn't a power. I don't understand peoples fascination on understanding what the force is either. Who cares? It's just a metaphor.
