Everyone who met Pablo Escobar in real life claims that the dude who portrayed him in this show is almost 99% accurate. Unlike the Americanised slop version of Netflix.
The other way around. Netflix's Escobar was always raging and swearing and killed people by himself when in real life everyone claims that he was a stoic and he never got his hands dirty.
Yes. I remember not liking the first few episodes that much. It does pick up a lot once the shit hits the fan. The season where it focuses on the Cali cartel is better than the Escobar stuff though.
It's Netflix mate. They put everything into the first 2 episodes coz those are the ones they send to critics. After that, they swap out all the writers/directors for cheaper ones and the show gradually shits the bed.
blame the woke democrats and liberals for politicizing cartel dramas
huh?
what??
I don't care about drugs and I don't care about criminals and I don't care about non-white people, especially latinx
Pic rel mogs that shit.
nah

That's kinda the point. The average burger doesn't want to watch some sicko mexican murderer, they want a character with depth even if its fiction.

That show felt like a soap opera.
It's good but after he dies the series isn't worth watching anymore. The Cali cartel is boring and the tone feels off
This. The heart of that show is Pablo and it never recovers from killing him off.
Cali season sucked but i enjoyed the mexico seasons.
Cali season had its moments but it wasn't even close to s2 kino
The entire escobar arc was about him being a self-destructive and delusional retard thoughever, hardly glorifying him
on episode 4 and got bored and stop watching... does it pick up and get better?
