A comedy focused Thor story was a fun and refreshing change from his mostly dramatic and 'heroic' stories, both in his own movies and in the Avengers.
A second comedy Thor feels like a mistake. I haven't even seen it yet because based on the trailers alone it seems like it'll be a light hearted, quip filled adventure with little to no drama or stakes. It's already been done, and that's just not who Thor is as a character.
Thor should have been handed off to comeone else, with Taika taking over the Guardians or even an entirely new property.
