That's not how it works. There is a certain combination of patches worn on vests that are a part of motorcycle club culture and they have a meaning, they symbolize things. Like if you wear a patch in a certain spot that has the state name you are signalling that it's your territory, but a violent club might already claim the territory. People who don't dress like outlaw bikers aren't an issue for biker gangs that try to control territory and illegal activities.
