Jennifer Hale made a stink on Twitter a while back about them going non-union for the voices. It’s been a while since then so hopefully Banijay course-corrected and brought them back somehow. Maybe WB could fund an exclusive Cartoon Network dub with the old cast?

I remember as the original show wound down there was a CD-ROM game with animated segments and once again they scabbed on the VAs with the replacements doing a very poor job of trying to sound like the originals. Can't imagine they really saved any money doing this.
-Don't the girls get paid to be WOOHP agents? Also, they used to live in a literal fricking mansion in Beverly FRICKING Hills! How do they live in Singapore? Don't they have money? How the frick is it that Mandy has a bunch of shit that apparently the girls can't afford? How the frick are the Spies MIDDLE CLASS?!

the thing about this is that it was supposed to be explained right off the bat in episode 2 but for some reason they STILL haven't aired it, but just for the sake of explanation >the girls attend a new college in singapore because that's where woohp's new headquarters is located >they moved in with their new friend/classmate mei lin in a loft above the cafe she works at/owns which i guess is secretly owned by woohp, but despite that she doesn't know that the girls are spies >in the first episode, mandy recognizes clover's lotion as being a woohp gadget and regains her memory from her time as a spy. the plot of the season is her trying to get into woohp headquarters because she wants a second chance to be a spy >calling them middle class is probably an insult, but from what i've seen of their new apartment, it's pretty tiny compared to their old home
