As far as i know yeah, even though men can still breed, past a certain age the average quality of sperm starts deteriorating. It doesnt mean an old farts seed cant produce a healthy child but the chances of that being the case get lower and lower as time passes (of course the genetic input of the woman is a factor aswell and i would bet the age of the eggs also affect their quality).
