Why do lefties and liberals have to be so faggy about people liking Rorschach/Punisher/Patrick Bateman or whatever. They lose their minds over people liking them. Weird social policing

I thinks its people who actual believe they embody that character, as if they aren't a forum posting sperg. At best, anyone who says they relate to Rorschach or Frank is Dale Gribble. At best.

cuz Rorschach is an obvious parody of a /misc/fag and liking him is a wilful misunderstanding of the message in Watchmen. a textbook example of this is Zack Snyder including a Nite Owl reaction for the death scene and playing it up as a tragic moment. one could even say that the reason for changing the squid ending was so the death scene would make sense since the world (and the audience) already sees Manhattan as the villain and Rorschach as the unwavering crusader who wants to tell people the truth and he's soooo much cooler than all the superheros wearing capes and underwear over their pants.

Rorschach was meant to be the Question but DC got scared of Moore shitting on their latest acquisition.

DC was the original Disney monopoly meme.

I just like the Punisher because I’m a fan of 80s action movies and pocket sized adventure novels. Seeing him shoot bad guys, blow things up, and say cool one liners is such a pleasure to read, I’d love to see him team up with Mack Bolan one day.

By the way fellow Punisher bros, if you haven’t read The Executioner novels, do it, they’re equally kickass and will make you more badass by default.

I'm still up in arms about Mack Bolan's inciting incident. Dad annihilating the family is such a bizarre a choice. It seems like a reach to blame the mafia even if they had your daughter working the streets to repay your debt. At least in 'The Assassin,' another of the many Executioner knock offs, the mafia is directly responsible.

Yeah, maybe Mack is just too much of a family lover for his own good.

Is The Assassin any good? The only pocket adventure series I’ve read are The Executioner, Edge, and The Destroyer.

Check out The Fargo series by John Benteen, I highly recommend it, if you like men's adventure paperbacks. I've only read the first book of The Assassin, it's a quick read, with a fair amount of action. The chapter leading up to the climax does become a needless slog. Peter McCurtin, he did the novelization of The Exterminator.

Then I shall check out the Fargo series. I love these men’s adventure books, they’re so balls-to-the-wall insane and badass.

why trannies hate the punisher so much?

Because they haven’t been enlightened by the awesomeness of his comics to see that blowing criminals to hell with the biggest goddamn guns you can get your hands on is so fucking badass and rad.

that's the best thing about the punisher, he's effective and has not mercy towards criminals not only that but sometimes he even tortures them, damn Marvel should do another R rated Punisher movie

Nah, I don’t care about politics, I just like The Punisher in the same way I enjoy Arnold Schwartzenegger and Scott Adkins movies.

You're welcome. Did you see Avengement? Also you should check out The Exterminator if you haven't seen it.

Yeah I saw Avengement and I loved it. I think it’s one of Scott Adkins’s best performances ever.

I’ll watch Exterminator right after I watch the Steve McQueen movie, Bullitt.

    >killing people is wrong and I'm gonna reveal the truth
    >no you aren't
    >yes I am, explode me
Rorschach is objectively doing the right thing and sticking to his beliefs in his death scene. Killing IS bad.

Question, how is anything Marvel and their homosexual writers doing to kill off Frank, going to magically stop people from wearing the punisher skull and aliexpress from flooding the market with skull merch?

I wish Jokerfags weren't toothless cringelords and did some shit attracting serious enough negative attention for DC to be bothered.
      I'm curious what would happen.

the joker isnt an anti-hero, and pun is. this gives them leeway to say 'see? joker is a villain and we portray him as bad!'

Marvel should try doing just that, considering most writers post-Ennis, lean into the "Frank is a detached psychopath, not a hero" angle.
