Technically, anon is correct, because the two blue-haired girls were supposed to go this year. Both of them died. So the one who was supposed to be sacrificed was, indeed, sent to the Khert.
The blue-haired twin who was supposed to live was in the main room with everyone else, she lived. Sara and Ilya (the blue-hair who was supposed to be sacrificed) were the only two humans from the shrine that died.
Priestess will definitely consider all of that heresy and the Morstorben nightmare a bad omen against Sonorie's reign. Bell is dead, but Sonorie, if she lives without getting knife'd, will have many many problems still.
