I mean shit his wife was Frau Farbissina, anyone in his situation would crack a bit

I find it funny when you watch all of Batman Beyond in order there is some nothing character in the 4th season of Static Shock called "Time Code" which felt like a stand in for Chronos since "The Once and Future Thing" takes place before the events of "Future Shock" which directly references everything that happens in that Ep

It feels so weird. Batman Beyond had so much crossover material but it never felt organic like Terry was there strictly for marketing reasons even tho his show was long over

Static Shock got such star treatment after its initial awkward moment. it was somehow even more awkward, since it was still never as high quality as the other DCAUs. though not nearly as bad as Zeta.

That episode made no sense to me. How'd that guy go from a rando inventor to an insane time traveling king?

MCU Thanos, I guess. I didn't get what he wanted to do.
    >Over population will kill people. So to save people from being killed by over population, I'll kill them first.

Protip: when people call him "The Mad Titan", they don't mean mad as in angry. They mean mad as in crazy. "He's mad".
Thanos's plan is acknowledged IN-UNIVERSE as being bullshit crazy because he himself is crazy.

They had to take a character who wanted to frick the waifu incarnation of Death (straight up!) and make his goals palatable to normies who will never touch a comic book let alone read one.

I'd say Thanos doesn't REALLY want to frick Death as much as he just wants to kill and torture people to feed his own ego. He loves to make it all personal and detailed and dramatic, Death has already left it very clear that she is not into that kind of showy romantic gesture but he keeps at it. It's like that old quote:
        >"A man writes a woman a sonnet and it shows he loves the woman. A man writes a woman fifty sonnets and it shows he loves writing sonnets."
Big purple is way too into himself and Death knows it.

Normies couldve still bought the death thing, making him a generic eco terrorist is so boring tho

Sacrificing his own daughter to get some skeleton poon would've erased the anti-villain vibe they were going for.

    >friend keeps telling me about a time travel episode that crosses over with Batman beyond
    >think it’s gonna be a really cool two parter
    >mfw it’s just thieves in time but the guy is really annoying
I did think the black mirror ending and the cameos in both parts were cool

I'm kind of amazed his b***h wife continued to be a b***h after he proved his time machine not only worked but became a huge and successful crime lord thanks to it.
