    >his daughter, Victoria Price, said, I am as close to certain as I can be that my dad had physically intimate relationships with men.

Hard to believe her when she's a lesbian. Considering majority of homosexual try and claim others as there own
That being said no one would care if VP was gay or bi. He's that good of an actor

given the metric "gayer than cum on a mustache", how gay do you think Vincent Price was, and do you reckon he ever had cum on his mustache?

This remake is my favorite crappy horror movie. Used to watch it on ifc with my friends at 2 am on the weekends

    >And consider this dismaying observation: this CLOSET has no windows and no doors… which offers you this chilling challenge: to find a way OUT! (Laughs.) Of course, there’s always BI way.

Wasn't the director of the movie planning on making another film with Vincent Price but died?

No he hated being forced to use Price and they fought through the entire thing, though Price praised him after seeing the movie

I remember that.. guess I'm misremembering the part about wanting to make another movie
The director should have been more respectful to VP. He's the only reason anyone besides his friends and family saw the movie and definitely the only reason it's still remembered

Well its got downsy, fetal-alcohol Robert Mitchum (who I love in everything) and a wacky noirish story so it is a definite recommend for me. I'm actually mostly only seen Price films from the 40s and 50s. Watch Laura, too, while you're at it.

One of my favorite scenes in any movie at 50:35 and The Walking Dead S1E1 written and directed by Frank Darabont was 100% referencing this scene whe Morgans undead wife walks up to the door and starts turning the handle

      ?si=IXt5ywM36mK_HlYV
      Such a terrifying concept
      >hot summer night days after burying your wife and everything going to shit
      >sitting in the living room with windows open
      >start hearing a faint and cold dead "let me in...let me in...let me in....let me in......"
      >watch as the front door knob is being turned and someone is attempting to open the door
      >finally you open the door to find your undead wife standing there, rotting with one of her eyes popping out of her head
      real nightmare shit

Yes I enjoyed Rises again but it's not even in the same ballpark as the original. The version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow that plays at the end is burned into my brain forever. Also some neat trivia, the lovely Caroline Munro has an uncredited role as his dead wife in both films.
