Very subjective. Bantu-tribe faces have pretty soft features. Nilotes have more defined facial bone structures. Cushites are a mix between the two, leaning more into nilotic features. Amharics have a weird Arabic + bantu + Nilotic mix.

Kenyans are generally easy-going people. I can't say one tribe is rowdier than others. Something like that is determined on a person-to-person basis. Kisii people and Meru people are stereotyped as very hot-tempered, but every Kisii guy or Meru person I've met was pretty chill.
