I think it was more of the conclusion that no matter what they did or how they lived, the People on the Hill wouldn't look at them as if they were normal, so he snapped.

      Basically.
If the movie had been longer, we would also have gotten snide comments on the wife, son and daughter. And on the previous house maid.

You underestimate the autism of the korean people

He got the snide comments on the old house maid when Mr. Park was going on about what a fat frick she was for eating all the food but he looked past it because she was a good maid

I agree, the rich might have been rude and snotty but they paid their help well, more than market rate stated in the movie.

This man comes from a family who wasn't making enough money from folding boxes because they did even that the wrong way. Rather than do something reasonable, like put effort in to learn how to fold the boxes correctly or apply for a minimum wage job to get at least some money coming in, they decided that scamming a rich family was the way to go. Of course this moron would do something moronic like kill a man because said man thought he was a bit stinky

Aside from the father actually being a driver, they all faked their way into the job. And they fricked over someone else who was far more qualified in order to get it (except the Mr. Kim jnr, who fricked over his friend once he had the job)

          >And they fricked over someone else who was far more qualified in order to get it
This is a completely normal part of the job seeking process. Did you just now realize you're in competition with the other applicants? A thousand applicants per job, you really think the "most qualified" is going to get it? There's a reason "why should we hire you" is asked in nigh every interview. It's your chance to shit on the other candidates.

          >And they fricked over someone else who was far more qualified
Just showed how dumb those born into wealth are tbh. Isn't the movie basically a commentary on the Korean materialism and how the sharp divide between poor and rich in Worst Korea cannot be overcome by working hard, because it's engrained into people to some extent where social mobility is extremely limited.
