    It was.
It had potential too. A story about a fish-out-of-water immigrant is always fun, ditto the fact that its was the first time a show focused on Filipinos in the states.
But it was just dog cum in its excution and not funny at all

I do wonder if Josh Moon likes it though...

Absolutely. Horrible art style, abysmal animation, dialogue like an R-rated philips cdi game; it was bad.

Idk if you've seen the art style sketches but they looked really good, they just look off the way they made it in digital.

Imagine if this show came out in the 90s and used cel animation.

    No.
Because it’s one of the greatest television shows of all time. It’s quality is up there with Studio Ghibi’s works in terms of excellent animation, top-tier music, superb voice acting and having one of the most influential theme songs that would make Mozart blush.

Would you really expect your child to know your language when they grow up in a different place with a different language

This, you're literally asking for it when you immigrate to another country.

Yes, watching a couple episodes felt like watching a childrens show for toddlers. It was awful, unredeemable, I feel bad saying this because the team behind it seem like nice people, but the show they made was dog shit.

it's not the worse thing in the world IIRC the budget was super limited so the people who made the art also did the writing and voices which probably sucked as first gig so I kind of pity the show, the storyboards are pretty neat looking though

It's a shame it didn't come out on Newgrounds in 2003. It would have been considered a timeless classic.
