This was during CN's "edgy" phase in 2010-2013, where they wanted to gear more of their content towards teens rather than kids. Why they quickly abandoned this initiative, beats me. It lead to quite a bit of glorious content, and they would go on to dumb down Regular Show and Adventure Time
