I wished we saw the heroes of Earth-3 a lot more period. The crime Syndicate is overrated, I want to see the good versions of villains instead.

It's a very untapped concept. I've loved the majority of stories that delve into good versions of villains, but we always just end up seeing evil superman.

Literally this. Would love to see heroic versions of villains. Shame DC forgot about making their comics good and interesting

I never knew that one. Who would be the hardest to do as a hero version? Probably Red Skull

Just make him a Nazi experiment who turned on his masters and became a guerrilla fighter against them, have his Red Skull theme become a symbol of fear against the masters he was made to serve

            How about...
            >Joined the NSDAP because at this point this was the only political career opportunity in Germany
            >Starts genuinely hopeful that their reforms will bring out a better future for the people, loyalty gets him promoted
            >Higher-ranked now, gets inside info on the final solution and sees the sheer corruption in the ranks
            >Starts planning a coup
A harder one would be for a world where not just the heroes and villains, but everyone's switched are flipped. Heroic Hitler.

Then what is Captain America? A secret agent for the Nazis?

In this world America would be the eugenics extremist nation committing genocide

              >Nazi Germany implants certain German scientists into the US
              >Have them work on super soldier projects and find subjects who would be most amenable to the Nazi cause
              >Steve Rogers, a resentful, psychotic little sociopath gets chosen
              >Captain America is born, the duplicitous icon of the American war effort
              >Axis agents create diversionary ploys to trick the allies into sending Cap to them to ostensibly stop them.
              >He works with his Axis allies to make it seem like he's fighting them, when in reality, he's carrying out covert operations to further their goals.
              >During one mission, he runs into Red Skull, former Nazi, involuntary test subject, and now resistance fighter in Europe.
              >The freedom minded, and compassionate Skull is horrified to learn about Captain America's secret double dealings and is the first person to twart his secret mission
              >Cap swears vengeance, while Skull vows to put and end to Captain America's subversive crusade once and for all.

Frick the word content. Just say stories. That’s what people mean when they say content, they mean stories, or dare I say art.

Content is a component of art, stories, etc, whether it means someone wants a full comic book, an animated feature, a deep dive, author's notes, etc.

But ultimately, yeah you're right, it's stories people want.
