By Nationality?
Superman
Batman
Spider-man
Blade
Black Widow
Scarlet Witch
Quick Silver (Though they both have fake nationalities so...)
Magick
Professor X
Magneto
Professor X
Magneto
Probably Colossus
Jean Grey
Harley Quinn
Well I just was going by Superman being American. I avoided Aliens who are raised in outerspace but Superman is only in space for a small part of his infancy.
But Batman was played by Christian Bale
Spider-man by Tom Holland
Blade is played by Wesley Snipes and the character is Americanized to hell
Oh John Constantine too.
Hal Jordan was played by a Canadian.
Black Widow is played by an American
Scarlet Witch and Quick Silver are both Eastern Europoors played by Americans.
Magick is a Russian played by a Spanish by way of Argentina-American
Professor X is played by a Brit but he's a New Yorker
Magneto is a German israelite played by a Scot
The new Professor X is played by a Scot, and the new Magneto by an Irishman.
I feel like Colossus is played by a Serb born in Germany I guess.
Jean Grey is Dutch.
Harley Quinn is Australian.
Are we talking about characters who have actually had their nationality or ethnicity changed in adaptation, or characters who were just played by an actor of a different nationality or ethnicity from the character?
Because, despite Tom Holland, Christian Bale, Robert Pattinson, and Henry Cavill being British, their respective characters remained Americans. Same with Jackman as Wolverine.
Maybe Professor X counts? I've never watched the X-Men movies, but Patrick Stewart plays the role in his British accent instead of adopting an American one. So, either Charles is some weird American guy who talks British just because he's so smart, or they made him British.
In all honesty you should prepare for the moment when Wolverine does become Australian because Hugh Jackman embodies the character now

Pretty sure Xavier spent a lot of time in London growing up
A creator race don't equal a character race. Also bishop was made during a time were marvel was extremely lazy and multiple versions of the same character exist. If I recall, Stan lee had a video where he made a new Cable like character in 10 minutes.
Say what you want about pre-MCU movies, they didn't change the characters in comics... at least not permanent (Spider-Man organic webs, Mystique design for a while, etc) the damage the MCU caused to comics is huge.

Are you going to explain any of this? Also I don't think aliens can count and Harley was always israeli when they announced it.

Well at least he's some kind of Slavic and Germany and Russia have history with each other.
>Probably Colossus
nah they turned him into a villain - a russian spy
goddamnit

Hugh Jackman Wolverine is still Canadian dumbass
After that movie there was a cartoon were he had a deep Australian accent.
Where? There was a tv pilot in like the 80s where he was Australian but I don't think that ever carried over and was a simple misunderstanding
that was before the movie and the regular animated series. X-men: Pryde of the X-Men was the original Pilot
shut the frick up casual the thing you're thinking of happened in the 80s

Jackman never played the character as an Australian, though.
Velma
She's like the token PoC
There's a difference between race and ethnicity.
I'm more interested in characters changing height tbh
Wolverine should've stayed a manlet
Holy shit I knew he wasn't tall but 5'3??? He's basically a rodent.
the only guy shorter than wolverine is Puck
The character is still Canadian anon
Did you know Bishop was originally intended to be Filipino (He was created by one) and was then changed to black?
Johnny Rico in Starship Troopers is Filipino in the book, but they made him white in the movie.

jake gyllenhaal for next wolverine
Spider-Man being played by a britbong
Wasn't he still Canadian in the films?
