      Aeon Flux
      Dr Katz
      Rocko's Modern Life
      Freakazoid

oh actually switch out Freakazoid with ReBoot

its on torrent, just don't binge watch it, also, is better if you listen to it while doing something else.

      [...]
      Space Ghost Coast To Coast
      Batman The Animated Series
      Home Movies
      Todd McFarlane's Spawn
      MTV's Downtown

      The Simpsons
      Downtown
      Powerpuff Girls
      Hey Arnold!
      Mission Hill

I feel like it took a few years for other shows to get on Simpsons' level as far as comedic pacing and style goes so that's why I favor stuff from the latter half.
I like movies of various genres from throughout the entire 20th century but when it comes to TV I mostly watch comedy and it is what ages the poorest

My top 5 have already been covered by others but here's a few that would fill out my top 10 list.

      Daria
      The Head
      Ren & Stimpy
      Beavis & Butthead
      Dilbert

I don't think I can only do five. There's just too goddamn much good stuff.

BTAS. It just tried harder than any kids show ever. Iconic everything. Reshaped the landscape.
The Maxx. I love the comic, the show is practically a motion comic. I wish it got more episodes, but it did a good job of exploring the themes in the time it had.
Aeon Flux. It's just art. I still don't think there's been anything as stylish since.
Reboot. Groundbreaking, went hard with the drama when it wanted to, funny when it wanted to.
The Simpsons. Ignore the later seasons, we're talking 1-10. Absolute classic. Quotable as frick. Had heart and emotion and is also hilarious.

nothing has happened to people for simply downloading copyrighted in over a decade, you might get an email if you download the latest Disney/Warner blockbuster but nothing actually happens and you can ignore it
You only need a VPN for downloading if your ISP actively blocks all torrent traffic

          >Space Ghost Coast To Coast

It was a great show, but I wouldn't count it as a cartoon.

            Anonymous

It is, more in the sense that it uses cartoon logic and it uses properties inherent to that medium. It doesnt have too much in the "animation" department but is great in spite of that, or because of that, if you like.
