this, I wont get that time back
it was trash, bill's attempt to be funny but trying to appeal to such a wide audience that it's castrated message doesn't mean shit.
David spade at least plays the straight man to more wacky characters. He knows his role and doesnt need more energy as that would detract from the comedy
Spade has played as many goofy roles as he did straightmen. David Spade is the guy you call when you have a 3 month shoot starting next week and your second role had to cancel
Bill payed the price. He threw his career and legacy in the trash so that he'd be able to get roles like this. More power to him. I hope he feels very important and needed.
>some jackass asked me for my fuckin' pronouns the other day, i'm like jesus fuckin' christ
audience laughs with tremendous relief >can we stop with all this bullshit?
audience can't believe someone's finally saying it >just treat each other like normal fuckin' people? whether you're black, white, bipoc, genderqueer, whatever
awkward silence descends as audience realises he's just like the others
>you who is to blame for all this, right? White women. >it's time for White women to sit down, listen, and learn
wow, this guy really takes it to another level. You never know what he's gonna say next
>muh wife
audience snickering a bit >muh black wife
audience laughs with relieve >i said muh BLACK wife
audience can't contain howling >i said MUH *claps* BLACK *claps* WIFE
standing ovation. tearful faces
billy is making sandler-tier slop now? unfortunately i dont think he's that beloved anymore. it could have worked if he made something like this back when he was still funny and likable.
who did the script?
i saw one scene and it reminded me of that incredibly cringe ron livingston movie
I love burr so i don't wanna hurt my image of him by watching this
ill chuck this one up to grabbing an easy netflix check for the kiddo.
he can do better
I thought it was solid. It kinda reminds me of those kinda shitty 00s comedies where nothing really happens and it's not super funny but is still comfy to watch. They don't really make those anymore which boosts its score for me. Most of it is basically stories he's told on his podcast but unironically played down a bit, the movie could've used more teeth. Overall it holds up a mirror to this current generation so I don't think many will enjoy being called out in that way.
I spend hours a day on Cinemaphile and my time is still too valuable to waste watching this.

I wanted to kill myself the first third. Thwen came the drama half and I had already taken the pills so I needed something faster.
>racially diverse cast
>wypipo still in the center
It was decent. Bill Burr can't act for shit though. (or apparently direct as the other performances were pretty bad aswell)
>inb4 nia cuck fantasies
DECENT? bro this shit made me wanna pull my hair out it was so tedious
Lighten up bro
It's the same issue as David Spade, his energy level doesn't go higher than 5

Ay I'm cuckin ova here
Bill payed the price. He threw his career and legacy in the trash so that he'd be able to get roles like this. More power to him. I hope he feels very important and needed.
>tfw can't get a role in the movie you made until you ruin your legacy to incels on Cinemaphile
YOU MANIACS! DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!!
1.5 hour 2016 culture tier sjw bashing skit
>some jackass asked me for my fuckin' pronouns the other day, i'm like jesus fuckin' christ

>trans right are human rights, end of fuckin' story
tepid applause break as audience remembers they're on camera
>what is the deal with airplane food?
audience rofling at bills witty observational comedy
>you who is to blame for all this, right? White women.
>it's time for White women to sit down, listen, and learn

i watched this on a whim the other day, i had no idea things had gotten this bad
fuck
>those comments
Is this what it feels like to be gaslit?
>that scene where they take a group trip to thailand to fuck underage ladyboi prostitutes
ngl caught me off guard
billy is making sandler-tier slop now? unfortunately i dont think he's that beloved anymore. it could have worked if he made something like this back when he was still funny and likable.
None of the situations would happen irl. It's a boomer power fantasy of dominating millennial SJWs.
It's specially pathetic in light of how cucked Bill is irl.
Gen X and he gets dominated the whole film until he gives in.

he can do better
aww fuck he wrote it.
jesus christ bill why.
ill give it another shot but the one motel scene was atrocious
Burr is a huge homosexual you fucking retard.
thats ok i like him.
i noticed he didnt even tweet about it.
i think he knew this one was a blunder.
He doesn't promote his own shit in general aside from initial tour dates. He mentioned it a lot on his podcast though.
Why are you still acting like 2007 Burr isn't dead and buried
oh its brutal
He tried putting emotional beats in his comedy movie? What a fag!
>Bobby Cannavale
>Bokeem Woodbine
I unironically would watch this if it didn't have Burr in it, those guys are good.

A movie made by the idiots that still think millennials are teenagers
The millennials in it are adults, one of which takes over his company.
All my NPC colleagues LOVED it
So I just assume it's NPC Facebook tier soulless humour
>Nia seething on the podcast and resorted to namecalling people who say bill stopped being funny after he got married
I don't think about it.
Bill Burr finally reunited with his great friend Dave Chappelle
He still didn't went hard on black culture. He spoke against black racism in some parts too. .
They should have called it "Monkeyfucker & Co."
that zesty buck raped william h macy in prison.
Old, bald and Bostonian
i didnt see it but it seems like a worse format for bill to do the same "this why im right" stand up
