I think the last time we saw them was in the episode Gloria went to That Hot New Nightclub Downtown. And no, I don't think they were anywhere near as annoying back then. Though we only saw brief looks at them. This, I think, may be the longest amount of time any of them have gotten in a segment.
That was in "Clubbed". It was when Tilly and Andromeda snuck into the nightclub because Tilly assumed Gloria has no one to hang.
I figured that was the last time we saw them. Their attitude kind of made sense since there were hanging out at That Hot New Nightclub Downtown and it was a party mood, but seeing them act exactly the same out of the party was kind of annoying. Makes me wonder if they have any other plans for them.
I personally felt like they were among one of the show's one-off characters. I didn't think they could bring them back after two seasons later.
Yeah, I kind of thought they'd be one off jokes about how desperate Gloria was to find friends.

You are probably right. I'd think if they had any such plans with her she'd have been teased or hinted at earlier. But it's hard to not be a little wary of her design. Or maybe that disappointed that a different background or one off character didn't get that spot.
I've never been to a hipster coffee shop. I live in the sticks where if you're ever going somewhere for coffee, it might be a nearby diner or breakfast eatery where the women tend to look like pic related (except with brown or black hair).
