In my opinion, figthing the plant creature was more impactful and memorable than the end figth against the mindless golden army, and should have been reversed.

I think it's a terrible movie and after having watched it the first tim I have tried to rewatch it several times because there are some cool setpieces in the film but it's just such a mess of a movie. Every single time when I feel brave enough for another attempt I have to turn off the movie as soon as I see Jovovich or whatever her name is. Had she not been in it I would at least be able to watch it.
