    socially adept
    goofy
    clumsy aka Danger-prone Daphne
    loves hypnotism (hmm...)
    nice
Is being wealthy a personality trait? I don't know.

Stacy with a heart of gold, but modern writers didn't understand her and that's why she's constantly rewritten as something she's not in almost every new iteration.

Pretty? But that's not really a personality nor did they really take advantage of it at first
Rich? I think only starting coming about in a Pup Named Scooby Doo?
I don't even remember what it was in the movies and What's New
Crazy? Out of fricking nowhere, I don't know why they went with that one in Be Cool

In Be Cool Scooby Doo, she was basically a wackier Francine from American Dad.

No one has a personality in this show besides Shaggy and Scoob

This, if you look at the original show Daphne, Freddy and Velma are all just generic teens. Velma gets the "smart" lines because she wears glasses and Freddy gets "leader" lines but none of them actually have any characterization beyond that, and when it was just her, Scooby and Shaggy and Scrappy in the '80s, Daphne was able to take on Freddy and Velma's jobs with no clear change in personality.

And Shaggy and Scooby are basically the same character but one is a dog most of the time

It depends on the version, she was the most boring and unimportant one so every different iteration tries to give her a new gimmick

She's lowkey quirky. And I do mean lowkey. To a passerby she seems like an average teenage girl but consider that she's rich af yet hangs out with her buddies in a van. She's also generally the emotional core of the group, since the other three often aren't really well adjusted.

You're on to something, but also I think Daphne is harder to write for. In a pinch Fred can be flanderized to leader/straight man, Velma to nerd, and Shaggy/Scooby to comic relief. Daphne's gimmick changes so much because the writers consider "nice but clumsy beautiful teenage girl with quirky interests" to be too undefined.

        >nice but clumsy beautiful teenage girl with quirky interests
Replace clumsy with distress-prone and that's just your average detective-girl or reporter. Then you add in that she's a good group wrangler.

Ironically they did make her a reporter in some of the movies. And the maiden in distress shtick led to making her a martial artist because damsels in distress can now protect themselves.

She's the social butterfly of the group who's also super excited to be there, but still gets spooked. She's there to contrast Velma's more reserved "Nerdish" qualities, Fred's more stalwart nature, and Scooby and Shaggy's hair trigger fear. She's a "Normal, fun loving" one in a group that already is juggling two serious ones and a pair of comic reliefs.
