The Invitation has a similar paranoia tone. Time crimes is great, but dives more into horror.
Safety Not Guaranteed is worth a watch but more on the comedic side. Synchronicity if you want to dive more into the sci-fi aspect.
Another good watch for the paranoia vibe is The Sound of My Voice.

My brother, my brother's girlfriend and I fell asleep from boredom with this movie. I think it's the most boring movie I've ever seen, I'm not even kidding.
Since Xander from Buffy says he's famous from Roswell instead of Buffy already before the apparent first switch, does it mean the split happened earlier?
