        >On August 9, 1996, during the Akademik Mstislav Keldysh shoot for Titanic in Canada, an unknown person, likely a crew member, put the dissociative drug PCP into the soup that Cameron and various others ate one night in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.[11][65] It sent more than 50 people to the hospital, including Paxton.[65] "There were people just rolling around, completely out of it. Some of them said they were seeing streaks and psychedelics," said actor Lewis Abernathy.[11] Cameron managed to vomit before the drug took a full hold. Abernathy was shocked at the way he looked. "One eye was completely red, like the Terminator eye. A pupil, no iris, beet red. The other eye looked like he'd been sniffing glue since he was four."

Even when James forgot, a crew member would ensure he took some.

He's an absolute master at hitting emotional beats and is interested in how things actually work, just look at the creature and mechanical designs in his films.

I watched the new Avatar recently and was marvelling at how the middle chunk of the movie was so slow plot-wise, but still held interest. Cameron shows the characters actively learning which delineates their personalities and motivations very quickly. So many movies skip over the 'training arc', but Cameron uses this time to raise the stakes and show off the environment. The long setup makes the final act hit harder, where Cameron can go full disaster movie and not bore the audience.

Frankly, he knows how to balance aspects that make his films appealing to an extremely broad audience. Guys and girls want to see his films, at least since Titanic. He broadened that by marketing to a global audience and abatap as a result is still the goat grossing flick
His early work was a little too techy and violent for my taste. But when Titanic came out in 97, I think he came into his own, creatively and artistically.

they're all passion projects if you think about since he is not a director for hire. steven spielberg on the other hand IS a director for hire and that is the reason why he has so many movies under his belt

look into mason connections throughout the uk police force
its a big club and they can conspire to abuse powers they wield
also the masonic symbol is on many US sheffif badges
and all the people who went to the moon were masons
the masonic symbol is promenantly worn on staff around the royal family

                arming bobbies escalates things.
                most crims just carry knives
every police force does have an armed response unit though.
America has a very different history and a right to bear arms.
How many masonic connections are behind the fight to remove guns from private hand in the US?
how many shooters have connections to masonic institutions, such as the knights of malta?
its a complex web, but anyway, back to the james cameron thread?
